Meadow's pov.

Hell was finally ending.

Holy shit, it had felt like years had passed since school started but smoking every period made it feel more bearable.

The last bell finally rang and I felt like jumping for joy. I gathered all my things and started making my way to my locker. When I got there Julissa (one of my few friends) was lying against my locker waiting for me.

Julissa was one of my very few Friends because everyone else thought I was a weird drug dealer and a bitch. "Hey meds," she said grinning while walking up to me and hugging me around my neck. I hated that stupid ass nickname. She'd always call me "meds" because of the amount of pills I would pop per day. I had gotten used to it though. "Hey Julissa, wassup?" I had said while hugging her back by the waist.

"Wanna go skating later today? And do some-." she had paused making an eye movement proving she was talking about drugs. I was about to say yes but then I remembered I had that dumbass project to work on with Victoria.

"Oh fuck Lissa, I really want to but I have a stupid ass project to work on with my partner." she had sighed dramatically and rolled her eyes. "My fault." I had said. "Who you paired up with though?" I took a quick glance to the side breaking eye contact and said with a loud sigh "Victoria." "BAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH. WAIT PRESSCOTT?" she had said bursting out laughing. "Who the fuck else dude?" I said with an annoyed tone. "Good luck babe." she said still practically dying of laughter.

I opened my Locker, got my skateboard and helmet, and stuck my middle finger up at her before walking off and making my way home.

Victoria's pov.

Once school was over and I had gotten home I opened my phone and texted Meadow.

Can I still come over tdy?

Why was she trying to act nonchalant? Just finish the fucking word I thought to myself, while rolling my eyes.

I had put my phone down and started getting ready. I threw on my uggs, black leggings, a crop top, and a hoodie on top since it was chilly outside. I started making my way downstairs and my mom stopped me in my tracks. "Hey baby, where you going?"

I didn't want to let her know I'd be going to a dumbass drug addict's house. "Oh uhmm I'm going to go out with Rae and Lyric." I had said while lying. "Ok babe have fun, be back by at least 12 though ok? I'll let your dad know you're out." I smiled because she believed me. "Thanks, Mommy I'll see you later."

I started walking out the door towards the garage to grab my car. The car ride over there wasn't too long, it was around 10-15 minutes. Once I had finally arrived I texted her.

I hated it when she tried acting nonchalant knowing damn well she wasn't. I stepped out of my car and headed towards her front door. She was in a sports bra, and sweat pants, and her hair was still up in a bun. She kind of looked good? Like attractive... What the hell am I talking about? I snapped out of it. I must've been staring for a hot second because she said "So you gonna stop staring and come in or what?..." She had said while looking down at me slightly. She was taller than me. I hadn't noticed before.
