Fallen Witch

Beginning

The witches, wizards and humans have been co-existing for thousands of years. Basically, the humans are unaware of the witches and wizards and their witchcrafts. The witches have some set of rules which includes not to meddle with the humans. But some of the witchcraft that are dedicated for the devil include sacrifice and that's when the humans get involved in witchcrafts. Witchcrafts including human sacrifices have been banned for a long time. But some witches continue them in the shadows. They are the followers of the devil and do all sorts of evil things. They call themselves the followers. They are banished from the witch community and thrown into the human community. But sometimes the punishment is worse, death. 

There once was a witch who fell in love with a wizard. And the wizard was also in love with the witch. It was going fine and their families also accepted them. But then suddenly the wizard started to change. Everyone noticed his change of behavior. He started keeping secrets from everyone. Their families were concerned for them and reported the issue to their king not knowing what it might lead to. The wizard was found doing rituals of the followers. The witch and the wizard were supposed to get married soon. The king sent out a decree to catch the wizard and after that no one saw the wizard anymore. No one knows if he was banished or killed.

As the witch lost her love of life, it drove her crazy. So, she decided to go as her lover's path. Both of their families tried to stop her as they couldn't bear losing both of them. But they couldn't hold her back. She thought that the devil would help her meet her love. As time passed, she got crazier day by day and finally she was also caught. She was stripped of the power she gained over the years and banished to the human community.

Now her only goal is to find if her lover is in the human community or not. And she would do anything and everything to find him.

Those crazy bastards! Not only did they strip me from my powers but also took my clothes. And where the hell did they leave me? "Bundang-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, Seoul, South Korea." Good thing I brought my companions, Saejin and Seung. They were adopted by my father. Their parents were also banished. The higher authorities wanted to banish them along their parents, but my father opposed them since Saejin and Seung were just kids, and they didn't do anything wrong. I was supposed to be an only child but was blessed with two older brothers. They've given me more love than any real brothers could give. Even when I'm banished to earth, they didn't leave me. Seeing them kind of gives me relief. But still, it's my fault. They shouldn't be here.

"Why are you here?"

They answer at the same time, "How can we leave our sister alone?"

I sigh since there is nothing else we can do now. And arguing isn't an option because it won't send me or them back home. Now I need to find my Bae. But before that we need some clothes. Ah! This so embarrassing. My brothers and me...ah. They threw us down to a playground. I think it's good that it's nighttime. But if we were thrown into a shopping mall it would've been great. Seung and I are of the same age, he is only a few months older. Saejin is two years older than us. So, as the eldest he tells us to go and find some place to hide for the time being while he goes and gets us clothes. So, we hide behind a bush.

It all feels like a dream. Everything. I still can't believe that Bae, he got involved with a cult and got banished down to earth. And I also followed him all the way to earth. And my brothers followed me. I hope our parents don't come after us. We were so happy. I was so happy. Where did it all go wrong? I am at the verge of crying, but I can't even cry in front of Seung. It is so embarrassing!

Seung was going to say something to me. But we hear a sound of people laughing. We both try to peek. So shocking! A girl with two boys walking towards the playground and sit on the swings. They look just like Saejin, Seung and me!! Seung and I both look at each other. Yes, we both are seeing the same thing. So, it is not a dream. We try to hear what they were talking about.

So, they are siblings. And they are orphans. They parents died in an accident not too long ago. They didn't want to move in with any of their relatives and wanted to stay together. So, they moved here in Gyeonggi-do. They transferred to a school here and they start going to school from tomorrow. That's the conclusion with came up with after listening to their conversation.

Suddenly I notice that there is someone who is trying to go behind them. I was going to scream and aware them of the intruder, but Seung covers my mouth. I look at him and he tells me to not make a sound. I look back at the intruder and realize that it is Saejin. I think I understand what they are trying to do. Though it is not right but we won't find a better option than this. Seung joins Saejin. They hit the brothers from the back making the sister startle. And then I muster up courage and hit the girl. I guess some kids were playing with ropes in the playground and we got lucky with it. We tie them up. We take their clothes and try to find out more from their belongings that were with them and wait for them to gain consciousness. It's more surprising that they share the same name as us.

Seung's lookalike wakes up. And so do the other two. We look at each other. Their face is full of fear and confusion. Now starts a new journey. A mission to find my Bae, disguising as humans and then going back home.
