The Walking Dead

Chapter 1 "The Begining"

My name is James Hall. I work at a radio store in downtown Las Angeles. I am 21 years of age and this is the story of how I survived The Walking Dead. It all began one afternoon....

"Thank you for your purchase", I say as another happy customer leaves my store at around 3:00 in the afternoon. I am the only one that works in this store. I opened this place so I could make other people happy as well as me.

I'm sitting behind the counter counting the money I had earned all day when suddenly I noticed many people screening and running down the street. "What the hell?", I wondered as I went to the front of my store.

I opened the door too notice many people shouting and running for their lives. I turned my focus down the street where people are gunning what seems to be other people down. My eyes widen as I run back inside my store and lock the door. I run to the back behind the counter and pull out my MP113 Pistol and make sure it's loaded.

I grab my car keys and exit out the back door to find a guy trying to get in my car. "Hey!", I yell as I run towards him. He pulls a crossbow on me and says "Don't move or this one goes between your eyes!". I put my gun in my pocket and explain to him that I have no idea what's going on. "My name is James". "Can you tell me what's going on?" I ask. "Get in the car and I will explain everything", he says as he gets in the drivers seat.

I run to the passenger side and get in the car. We pull out and head down the street wear people were shooting these things. All I saw were people eating other people. "What the hell is this?", I asked the man. "Idk man. Some disease that makes you die from some sort of fever.", "but then you come back as one of them.", he explains. "What are they?", I question. He turns to me and says "The Walking Dead."
