Sarada was breathing heavily and steadily as she lay in the hospital bed. Her body trembled with effort, but there was a determined look in her eyes.

She had already overcome so many challenges as a ninja, but nothing could have prepared her for this moment - the birth of her children.

Boruto sat beside her, holding her hand tightly, while he encouraged her with gentle words.
"You're doing great, Sarada. I'm with you every second."
His voice was calm, but inside, a storm was raging.
He wanted to be strong for her, yet the weight of the moment made his heart beat faster than in any battle he had ever fought.

The night had settled like a veil over the village, and the sky was full of stars, as if they wanted to bless this special event. Sarada closed her eyes for a moment, focusing on what was to come.
The pain grew more intense, but she knew she had to endure it.
Not only for herself but also for the two lives she carried under her heart.

Boruto was at her side, his eyes filled with love and worry as he looked at her.
"I always knew you were strong, but now I truly see what strength means," he whispered and gently kissed her temple.

Sarada smiled weakly and opened her eyes.
"I couldn't do this without you," she whispered, and her hand sought his again for support.
She was exhausted, but the thought of soon holding her two sons in her arms gave her the strength to go on.

The midwife, working calmly and focused, looked at the monitors and then nodded encouragingly.
"It's almost time, Sarada. Just a few more contractions, and you'll be holding your first child in your arms."

The contractions intensified, and Sarada could feel the burning and pulling in her body. Her breathing came in gasps, and Boruto felt helpless as he held her hand tightly. He would have given anything to take her pain away, but he knew this was a battle only she could fight.

And then, after one last deep breath and a powerful push, Sarada heard the first cry. It was a bright, strong cry that filled the room, and for a moment, time seemed to stand still.

"It's a boy," the midwife said with a smile as she carefully took the tiny, delicate being in her hands and handed him to Sarada.
"The first twin, your first son."

Sarada's eyes filled with tears as she saw her little boy for the first time. His tiny face, closed eyes, delicate hands - he was perfect.
"Hello, Saruto," she whispered, her voice trembling with emotion.

Boruto, sitting next to her, stared at their son with tears in his eyes.
"He looks just like you," he said softly, his hand gently stroking the tiny head of his son.
"Our Saruto."

But Sarada knew it wasn't over yet. One more little warrior was waiting to be born. She gently placed Saruto into the midwife's arms, who quickly wrapped him in a warm blanket, while Sarada focused on the birth of the second child.

Her muscles were exhausted, but Sarada felt the intense contractions surge through her body once more. "Just a little more," encouraged the midwife, as Boruto held her hand tightly. He couldn't take his eyes off Sarada. In that moment, she was stronger to him than any kunoichi he had ever known.

The second cry came shortly after, just a minute after the first. Another small miracle was born. The midwife held him up, and once again, the delicate cry of a newborn filled the room.
"And here's another boy, your second son," the midwife said with a gentle smile as she handed the second baby to Sarada.

"Satoru," Sarada whispered as she looked at her second son for the first time. Tears were now freely flowing down her face, and she couldn't believe it - she was holding both her sons in her arms.
