"How surprising." Mione muttered out and then sighed.

"Brother Mione, could you please show me how to convert my medium into mana?" Adonia requested with bright eyes.

"You don't know such a simple thing?" Mione grunted out in annoyance.

"Of course, what did I expect? Only being an expert in the mana theory would do no benefits in battles or in actual examinations! You need to utilize it properly for it to be useful, nowadays all the high tier mages and sorcerers look for gifted people who can utilize mana not just memorize random texts from book—"

"Brother!" Adonia narrowed his eyes and spoke in a voice louder than usual.

Mione paused and threw a questioning glare at him for interrupting him.

"You do know that papa became one of the best mages of his generation after being an expert in various theories in mana and that his life as a mage started when he read various books about mana and the mediums of various types of mana." Adonia clarified with a voice that took a slightly grim edge.

Contrary to his expectations, rather than bursting out in laughter as he would assume the very prideful and ignorant Brother Mione of doing, he gave out a shocked expression instead.

"How do you know that Papa did all of that?"

"Papa told me himself." Adonia lied, he knew who he created very clearly.

"I become bored when reading so many books. You just have to understand the basics and then run straight to being able to handle mana and using it efficiently." His narrowed eyes told him clearly that Mione didn’t seem to believe him but he obliged him awkwardly anyway and confessed about his own methods.

"Brother is a prodigy after all. He had to work hard in his own way which didn't fit into Papa's direction but both Papa and Brother Mione are the greatest mage prodigies even with their different learning methods. Just like them, maybe I also have a different way of learning that is different from Brother and Papa." Adonia carefully and slowly replied in an extremely polite voice.

"Maybe you are right. Then, what is your method of learning about mana?"

"Brother Mione! How should I know that? You should help me find out!" Adonia pouted.

"You—" Mione furrowed his brows and then massaged his slightly aching forehead with his fingers.

"Alright, alright. Then let's find out. But for now, we have to follow the instructions Papa had sent earlier for you to use it and learn clearly and quickly." Mione continued speaking and he then rummaged through his desks and pulled out a fresh unsealed dark colored envelope.

The envelope had already been opened before Adonia had arrived, so Mione just had to take out the clumsily folded letter that had been read before by him.

He handed it to the confused Adonia who began to read through it.

"It's basically an educational curriculum for children to build up the foundations of mana. Of course, it's been carefully compiled and heavily simplified by our dear daddy. It only teaches the basics and what's necessary. It's simple, but don't get conceited. The Red Master is very tricky. At the very least, his way of teaching is unique," Mione explained.

Adonia held the urge to smirk widely since he knew very well what kind of “teacher” Senan was.

“Now let's start from the beginning. Let's check your mana aptitude ”

Adonia nodded as he then took a spare chair and sat in front of his Brother Mione.

“Close your eyes.”
