The day it all began started as nothing but normal,but little did we know it was about to take an epic turn

I was sparring with my older brother Ethan, a sword in hand and power I have yet to control coursing through my veins. "You're doing better than before Val" my brother said with a smirk on his face " I have been practicing quite a lot " I say countering his attack, in the mids of the of our swords clashing we heard the sound of wind and knew that our father had returned home from his meeting.
"Valerie, Ethan I see you two are training hard" dad said.My father is the almighty Dragon lord Karnon Gardenia, the dragon who controls darkness, shadows and Time. " welcome home dad" we say to him with smiles on our faces as he pats our heads and we start walking towards our Castle our home. " Where is your mother, I don't see her" my father says and just then out of thin air our mother appears " Right here love" she says and leans in to kiss dad.
Our mother, she is a very powerful witch.The witch of the golden sun is what they call her. Her name is Syria Gardenia.
Third persons pov
As they walk towards the dinning room with happy faces full of love and life a dark force is waiting for an opportunity to strike
