The day after their unexpected mall encounter, Now only 1 week is left for the grand celebration. Naina and Anika returned to their usual routine, but there was an undeniable shift in their mood. Naina found herself thinking about Aarav and Neel more than she cared to admit. While Aarav had been quiet and reserved, there was something about his presence that lingered in her mind. Neel, on the other hand, had left an impression with his light-hearted energy and non-stop banter.

Anika, being in full excitement mode , couldn't stop talking about Neel. "Didi, Neel is seriously hilarious! Tumne dekha kaise vo Aarav bhai ko chidhata rehta hai? And Aarav bhai... I mean, kitne serious hai vo! Tumhara kya impression tha un dono pe?"

Naina, sipping her morning coffee, raised an eyebrow. "Neel kaafi entertaining tha, aur Aarav... well, he's definitely serious he was full time silent. But there's something about him. Tum samjhogi nahi," she said, shaking her head with a slight smile.

Anika giggled. "Ohh, tumne toh inpe kaafi dhyaan diya! Hmm, toh Aarav bhai ne tum par thoda toh asar kiya hai.

Naina shot her a look. "Please, Anika! Vo sab kuch nahi hai. But honestly, Neel aur Aarav ke saath aise milna... it was strange, but kind of nice too. But Tbh I really enjoyed yesterday."

Before they could continue the conversation, Mr. Shekher Kapoor (Dad) entered the room with a serious expression. “Gudiya-Pari, aaj shaadi ke kuch aur important decisions lene hain. Kuch close relatives aa rahe hain taaki hum milkar sab finalize kar sakein.”

Anika’s eyes lit up. “Yay! Aur kya kya finalize karna hai papa?”

“Catering, invitation designs, aur shaadi ka complete schedule. Also, kapde toh tum logon ne decide kar liye hain na?” Mr. Kapoor asked, looking directly at his Gudiya (Naina).

“Haan baba, shopping ho gayi hai, bas kuch chhoti chhoti cheezein reh gayi hain,” Naina replied, trying to match her father’s serious tone.

Anika, however, was more playful about it. “Papa, maine toh apna lehenga ready kar liya. Naina di is still too busy being stressed,” she teased.

Shekher smiled. “Stress karne ki koi zarurat nahi hai baccha. Sab kuch theek se ho jaayega. Waise, Kal Malhotra family bhi aa rahi hai yeh sab discuss karne ke liye.”

Naina almost choked on her coffee. “Kal? Malhotra family? Yahaan?”

“Haan, kyun nahi? Sab ka final approval lena zaruri hai baccho. Aur vaise bhi, tum sab ki shaadi hai, tumhein toh unse milna padhega na,” Shekhar said, casually dropping the bombshell.

Anika clapped her hands excitedly. “Arey waah, phir toh maza aayega! Neel aur Aarav bhai se phir milne ka mauka milega.”

Shekher smiled at his daughter's energy and excitement and left while kissing his both daughters forehead.

Naina didn’t share the same excitement. The idea of another meeting with Aarav and Neel—this time under more formal circumstances—suddenly made her nervous.

Later that Evening : Naina's Room...

Naina sat by the window, her thoughts racing. The reality of everything was hitting her harder now. In just a week, she would be married—married to Aarav Malhotra, a man she barely knew. Sure, she had enjoyed their brief meeting, but was that enough? Did she even want this?
