Bhai, this is new plant, I have planned........ Aarav brought his brother to visit his new plant, which they inaugurated last year, Aarav seems so excited while talking about this ambitious firm as it is solely his hard work. He told him about every little thing with so much enthusiasm making his elder brother smile wholeheartedly for his little brother. He took his brother to his cabin and made him sit on his seat. Bhai, I'll just come, said Aarav after attending a call.
Hmm, go, do your work, Ayansh said and Aarav left. Ayansh put in his ear pods and leaned back in his chair.
May I come in sir, Ayansh heard a knock with a lady's voice. The girl entered after hearing a Yes from Ayansh. Good Morning, Sir. I am Siya, Aarav Sir's PA, she said. Here is your coffee, she said placing a cup on the table. Aarav must have said her to bring the coffee. She was about to touch his hand to help him but he just moved little backward sensing her coming close. She might not have bad intensions and just wanted to help him but Ayansh doesn't like when people try to grab his arm or hand just like that to help him without asking. Sorry Sir, I....I was just......., Siya fumbled because of embarrassment.
It's alright, you may leave, Ayansh said politely.
Yes sir, do you need anything else, Siya asked.
No, thank you, he said and Siya left.
These days he spent most of this time in their family's old house, he likes being there. Whenever he comes to Nagpur, he spends most of his time there. And also, the fact that his mother has to make a deal for his marriage made him feel so worthless. He didn't ask anything to his mother, he tried to understand that whatever his mother has done, she did because of her motherly love. His mother still could see the anger and disappointment behind his calm demeanor but then there is no use of asking him, she knows her son would brush away her concern with his sweet words and polite smile, as he always does.
And about his wife, he couldn't digest the fact that the girl he married has took him as nothing but a medium to treat her brother, he is trying hard to understand her reason that whatever she did, did for her love for her brother, but it cannot change the fact that she is not the wife he once hoped for. These days he kept himself refrained from spending much time with his family. Today his brother asked him to come and see his new office with so much hope that he only could agree to his demand.
Other side for Shrija, while initially she was happy as she thought she could laze around these days, it's 1st time since she was 13 that she could spend more than a day without doing anything. On the 1st day she was excited, she watched her favorite series on Netflix, she talked to her friend through the landline but then on the 2nd day she started getting bored and by 3rd day she started feeling miserable. Last 2 days seemed unbearable to her.
Moreover, she just doesn't find herself fitting in her new family, though she knew that's too early to say this but the life in this family is way different than her home. Everyone is busy with their jobs, no one has time to ask about each other's day. They hardly have meals together without any special occasion, the last time the family had breakfast together is the next day she returned from her home after Pagphera as Aashvi with her husband and daughter was going back to their home. The family is going to have dinner together tonight as Ayansh and Shrija are going to Dehradun tomorrow so her mother-in-law has asked everyone to have dinner together. Shrija is more than happy because she will be attending college after going there.
