I go to school the next day.
I decided to put my hair in a half updo with fishtail braids. I think it looks cute, even though it'd probably fit more on the blondes.
This time, I sat by Asher. Thank goodness July isn't here. Otherwise, I'd probably be off the board. "Oh, shut up Izaiah. She isn't ugly." I hear Asher  say. I smile as I hear the argument. There should be some kind of Ace Attorney here. Hm. Asher is the defense. I'm the client, victim, whatever you call it. And Izaiah is the prosecutor, and July is the prosecutor too. But who would be my second defense? I don't want a 1v2. That's not fair, so I think I'll just bring Vita along. Yes, Vita. And who could be the judge. Hm. Lynette, sure. And the jury could be 12 clones of-

SQUEAK!

The bus stopped, and me, Asher, and Izaiah get off the bus, and so did the ones who went to Mizzy High School. I go find Vita and Lynette again. "Hi guys!" I go to them. "Hi Blake!" Lynette said. The way she says my name seems so..real. "I was waiting for you.." Vita hugs me. I freeze, not sure what to do or react with. I gently hug her back and she almost squishes me. She must've missed me a lot, cause goddamn. "I missed you too." I say without any expression of emotion on my face. She finally stopped hugging me and stepped back, staring at me still. I sigh and scratch my head, until I feel a painful burn. Fuck, I forgot my scars was still there. I winced a bit, but It's not like it's a big deal. I've learned how to hide my pain, and I'll do it again if I have too.
I go to History class, and I start thinking about all the possibilities. I wish Vita was in my class, it'd be so much better. But now we have a substitute teacher, and his name is Mr. Balien. He was so annoying, talking random stuff, hell I almost laughed my ass off. The board said "Behave for the substitute." and I think Braxton read it, cause he said, "Of course I have to behave, I'm basically Balien's cousin..kinda." Wait. KINDA? How much FAMILY does this Braxton dude have if he is able to have a cousin...KINDA. I'm not gonna ask, because I had enough BS for today and Braxton was the start of it. He's either your cousin or not, so suck that information in your head and tell me a proper answer' I wanted to say. But once again, I'm not a drama queen, and I'd prohibit drama from my world if I could.
After the next few classes, I went to lunch, sitting in the same place I was before. Blossom was on the right, a seat away. Some other people like Genesis and Tristan sat across from me, but that was it I suppose. Like I said, not a lot of people sit at this table. I sigh and look down at my tray. The usual food, the food I don't like. I look at the table Lynette and Vita were at. I see Florence with them too. Even a bitchy boy has the best luck. Ugh.
After lunch, I went out to the halls to interact with people since I didn't have any missing work. I sit by Vita and Lynette. Now that I think about it, maybe Vi and Lyn are easier to pronounce. But I like Vita and Lynette better. I talk to the girls, until Florence the Torturous came. "I finally finished my work." He said to Lynette, satisfied as he sat down beside her. "Great job, Flor!" She smiles at him. He smiles back. I wouldn't be surprised if they were dating. "Not to get into your personal information, but are you guys dating?" I ask Lynette and Florence. Lynette blushes and Florence the Torturous has no reaction at all. "Of course we aren't dating, do you think I'd date a stupid, hideous girl like her?" He says. First he says she's pretty, now she's hideous? What's wrong with this dude? "I thought you said she was pretty." I said. "That was 2 nights ago." He groaned. He was probably just denying the truth, but I wouldn't blame him. Lyn is pretty, and even cute at best. "You said I was pretty?" She blushed more at Florence. "Don't get your hopes up, girl." He says and death glares at me, as if I ended his reputation. "Don't look at me!" I frowned. Vita put her arm around my neck. "Hi Vi." I put my hand around her neck too. Her touch made me at ease. "Oh, are you girls dating?" Florence grinned. "Of course not." I tell him. I didn't have a reaction on my cheek. "Then don't come crying to me when I hang out with a girl in a 'weird' way, you girls seem like everyone who even touches hands is dating." He says and laughs. I'm pissed, but again, he has a point. "I guess you're right." I surrender and hold up my hands. Lynette is still blushing and staring at Florence. I think she has a crush on him, oh goddammit, I forgot what Florence said. Right, maybe Lyn is flustered that Florence called her cute when I was talking to him a few nights ago. Yes, that's possible. On the other hand, maybe she does have a crush on him, but I need more evidence to prove that. Hah! It's like a trial! A crime to be cute. And since I'm holding up my hands, I'm the... cute person. "..."
I stop holding up my hands and put them on my lap. "Lynette, put your hands up." I tell Lynette. "W-why?" She puts her hand up. "Since Florence the Torturous called you pretty, I thought you'd be the client. Florence is the prosecutor. I'm the judge, Vita is the defense, even though she typically didn't have a say in this, but what else do I say?" I tell them. "Hey, Florence the Torturous! It suits me perfectly." Florence says. "Oh..!" Vita gasped as she heard my idea.
We role played trials. Lynette was proved guilty, so we pretended to sue her for being cute.
I love life.

But it'd be even better with him.
