Calum woke up to his mum yelling through his door to get his ass up. He groaned throwing a pillow at the door, "Yeah, yeah! I'm up, now go away!" He heard the clicking of heels going down the hallway, assuming his mother left, he got up opening his door. He made his way across the hall to the bathroom, walking in straight to the shower, turning it on hot.
He stripped from his boxers, kicking them to the side, while stepping into the steamy hot shower. Grabbing a bottle of shampoo, he scrubbed it in his hair and sighed contently as the water relaxed him. He finished up in the shower, grabbing a towel and wrapping it around his waist. Once he was done brushing his teeth he left for his room.
Calum heard the clicking of his mums heels again, coming closer to his bedroom, "Calum honey, Ashton and Michael are here to see you. When you're done, come see me, I want to tell you something."
"Okay mum! Tell them I'll be out in a minute," once again clicking of heels were heard as his mum walked away. He quickly pulled on a Nirvana tee-shirt and some black skinnys that were ripped at the knees. He made his way down the long hallway to his friends. "Hey mate, we were wondering if you wanted to go out today. Ya know, since Michael's leaving for that music camp thing next week," Ashton said pointing at Michael.
"Sure, but give me a minute, my mum wants to talk to me." They both nodded as Calum walked into the kitchen. His mum was standing over the stove cooking pancakes, "If the boys are hungry y'all can eat breakfast here," Calum's mum was a sweet woman, who his friends loved to death. Ever since his dad walked out on them with his sister Mali, when he was 5, Calum's mum tries to busy herself all the time.
