✶SECOND PERSON✶

You ignore his frustrated behaviour and go back to examining the team. Now and then, you help them with their sets, spikes, blocks, and much more until the practice ends and everyone is ready to head out in different directions.

Before leaving, you exchange numbers with Suna and save him on your phone. Then, you text him your address for Sunday and start walking out of the gymnasium with Aran.

"If you don't mind can we stop at the art room?"

He nods, and you both walk toward the art room. You want to fetch some of your art supplies from there and take them home. You also want to grab one of the paintings you were working on in art class so you can finish it.

You stroll over to the other side of the school grounds before Arriving at the art room. It was more on the greener part of the school.

The teacher aims to create an inviting atmosphere by adorning the space with beautiful flowers, plants and vibrant colours. Despite its distinctly maximalist aesthetic, the environment remains aligned with the high standards set by Inarizaki High.

As you entered, Aran remained outside, patiently awaiting your arrival while you unlocked the door. A spare key had been provided for such situations. You notice the setting sun beaming through the arched windows, it is beautiful every time, not wanting to leave Aran waiting too long you grab your stuff.

Upon exiting, you noticed Aran leaning against a pillar, engrossed in his phone. You placed the final craft item in your bookbag before approaching him.

"I apologise if I was too long."

"Don't worry you weren't, it's fine."

Almost everyone has left the school grounds as you both leave. Schools are always so weird when no one is in them, although there were a few teachers and some students at clubs but very few.

Saturday

Beep! Beep! Beep!

Your eyes flutter open as you groan into your pillow, you grab the corner of your blanket and swing it over you. You yawn as you roll off your bed hitting the hardwood floor. You sit up as you rub the back of your head.

"Ugh."

You slowly stand up as you hit the top of your alarm to quiet it. "So early, " you grumble as you look at the digits on the clock: 5 a.m. On weekends, your aunt works early. You would usually wake up half an hour before she leaves to say goodbye and begin cleaning around the house to get it over and done with.

You walk around your bed, picking up pieces of clothing, before opening the door and slowly and tiredly walking downstairs with the pile of clothes in your hands.

You see Aunt Lilith grabbing her bag and keys. "You're leaving early."

"Yeah, well I need to get there earlier than usual. I have a lot of shit I have to take care of... Again" She tells you as she sways her keys around annoyed at her company.

"I might be home later than usual, so I left some money on the kitchen counter for you to use"

She smiled and waved goodbye before walking out the front door. You listened as the car drove away before stepping into the laundry room and throwing your clothes into the washing machine. You make your way into Lilith's room to grab her clothes from her bathroom before walking up into your room and grabbing yours.

You place them in the washing machine before starting it.

You stroll back into your room and change out of your pyjamas, you fold them and place them on your desk before making your bed and setting the clothes atop the freshly made bed.

You grab your phone from your bedside table and walk back downstairs, you walk into the kitchen and see three hundred dollar bills.

"Oh my gosh."

You whisper as you pick them up and tuck them into your pants pocket, you continue cleaning until the time hits six.

You place an earphone into your ear and begin playing music as you walk down the path on the street you live in. You passed the Miyas home as you softly smiled to yourself.

They were good people. You preferred Osamu because of his calmer nature and because he wasn't as self-centred as Atsumu.

He was a good person he was just egotistical at times which you hated in people, you love it when people are confident in themselves but not when they think they're better than others.

You were on the way to the nearby convenience store to pick up some snacks, and you remembered that Aran and Suna were supposed to come over to my house today and on Sunday to work on the school project. You took out your phone and texted them separately, asking if they wanted anything.

You got two different answers as you bought their favourite snacks and drinks

You place the items into the fridge as you walk around the house and clean it for guests after you walk up to your room and clean it to look presentable.

You lay on your bed as you feel yourself drifting off to sleep. You were tired from not only waking up early but also from doing the project with Aran yesterday afternoon, you both got half of it completed and he was coming over again today to complete the rest of it.

There isn't much left so it should be easy and fast. You just had to wait until he was here. You lay on your bed as you fall off to sleep.

︵‿︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿︵

You awaken to a knock at your door, you jump up from the bed and run downstairs, you stand at the door, you look to the side to see a mirror and you quickly fix your hair.

You open the door with your usual expressionless expression, you see Aran standing with a small bag, you let him in as you step out of the way, you close the door behind him before leading him up the stairs to your room and watch while he looks around your room.

He sat his bag down on the table in the middle of your room as you walked over to your closet; you reached up and grabbed the things you needed in order to complete your work.

You sat together at the circle table and began working. He did a lot of the work as he was better at science than you but you did help a lot so it was an even effort.
