Basic Worldbuilding:
- Heroes & Villains AU.
- Heroes and villains are ranked by their danger level by the Center (the hero community/police/government). S, A, B, C, D, Low-Level
- Vigilantes are not ranked. If a vigilante commits a big crime multiple times, they are moved to the villain category. Or if they are seen as working with villains.
- Fallen Heroes, or the Fallen, are heroes that left the Center and is actively working against them as new villains.
- Everyone in this world are hybrids or a half-human of what we consider monsters (vampires, werewolves, zombies, etc)
- Animal parts do not need to be the color of the animal (a wolf hybrid can have neon green ears)
- There can be cross-animal hybrids, though they are very uncommon. (Ex: cat-wolf hybrid, horse-hummingbird hybrid, etc)
