1. Take the apple and shove down victims throat.
2. Hit victim with apple very hard on the head.
3. Put small needle in apple and give to victim.
4. Poisonous apple pie or other food that involves apples.
5. Slice apple into small pieces then feed apple to victim quickly.
6. Light the stem on fire in victims mouth.
7. Give apple to crazy guy.
8. Put apple on a rhinos horn and make it charge at victim.
