Haneda Airport, Tokyo.

The bustling crowd is filled with travelers, and the sound of announcements echoes throughout the terminal.

Brina steps off the plane, her heart racing with a mix of emotions. As she scans the crowd, she spots a woman holding a signboard.

" Okay, self,  you got this. Just breathe." Bulong nito sa sarili.

She takes a deep breath, her eyes wide with anticipation.

"Brina, hija!"

Brina's face lights up with a big smile as she saw a woman in her late 40's. Walang duda, si Hiromi ito-ang kaibigan ng kaniyang tita.

Brina rushes over to Hiromi.

"Hello, po! It's so good to see you! I can’t believe I’m finally here!"

" You made it! I was a little worried you’d get lost in all this chaos." Natatawang tugon ni Hiromi.

Brina saw Hiromi glances around at the bustling crowd, shifting the signboard under her arm.

" Diko alam ano ang mararamdaman ko, but it’s all so overwhelming and exciting!"

Hiromi nodded. "I understand! Ganyan na ganyan din ako noong unang punta ko rito."

Hiromi puts a comforting hand on Brina’s shoulder.

"It’s completely normal to feel that way. You'll love it here, especially in Kyoto. It’s beautiful!" Mayamaya pang dugtong ni Hiromi.

"Naku, andami ko pon narinig tungkol sa Kyoto!" Excited na sagot ni Brina.

Hiromi smiled."It’s a city full of history, temples, and gardens. Namely, you’ll be working for Miss Kyouko."

Brina’s smile fades slightly as she remembers why she’s here.

" Right, the job. It’s a little intimidating, isn't it?"

"Just be yourself! Mabait si Miss Kyouko, and she hired you for a reason. She’ll appreciate your efforts."

"Sana nga ho... I just want to make a good impression."

"You’ll do great! Now, let’s get your bags and head to Kyouko Hotel in Kyoto."

They begin walking through the airport, Brina trailing slightly behind, still taking it all in.
"Baka nagtataka ka kung bakit sa hotel tayo dederetso instead of Liu Residence." Nagtakang inangat ni Brina ang tingin sa nagsasalitang si Hiromi. "Liu Residence, dun talaga ako nagtatrabaho bilang katulong ng pamilyang Liu. Hindi ko rin maintindihan kung bakit sa Kyoto tayo pinapapunta ni Miss Kyouko e. Basta ang sabi lang niya, may mga kailangan muna siyang ikompirma."

Tahimik lang na nakikinig si Brina at halos lahat sa sinabi ni Hiromi ay hindi nagsisink in sa kaniyang isipan.

Brina glanced around. "Everything is so different here... the signs, the people." Wala sa sariling sambit niya lamang habang pinoproseso sa utak ang lahat.

Hiromi looked back at her. "Just wait until you see the culture and food! You’ll be captivated."
Ani Hiromi na tuluyan na ngang naiba ang topic ng pag uusap.

Brina smirked. "Andami sigurong sushi po, ano?"

Hiromi laughed. "More than you could ever imagine! And you’ll get to try it fresh!"

Brina's nervousness fades a little, replaced by a growing sense of excitement as they make their way through the airport.

They share a smile and start walking toward the luggage claim, with Brina's heart a little lighter and her excitement bubbling up again.

Heading towards the Kyouko Hotel. The scenery is a mix of traditional Japanese architecture and modern elegance.

"Hey, you’ve been really quiet since we left at the airport. Ayos kalang ba?" Nabalik sa wisyo ang kanina pang tahimik na si Brina.

"I’m fine… just a little nervous, I guess."

Hiromi smiled reassuringly. "It’s completely normal to feel that way. You’re in a new place! But I promise, everything will be okay."

"Yeah, I know. It’s just… I’ve never traveled this far before."

Hiromi nodded. "It can be overwhelming. Just take a deep breath. Look at the beautiful sights around you!"

They pass by a breathtaking view of cherry blossoms in bloom, briefly drawing Brina’s attention.

Brina taking a deep breath. "Right. Right. It’s just so different here."

The cab slows down and finally stops in front of the grand Kyouko Hotel. The building's elegance leaves Brina momentarily speechless.

Hiromi opened the door. " Here we are! The famous Kyouko Hotel. Isn’t it beautiful?"

" Wow… it looks so… luxurious." Brina's eyes widened.

"Tara, let’s get your things. You’re going to love it here." Hiromi said while exiting the cab and assisting Brina.

They step out and Hiromi helps Brina with her luggage. Brina glances up at the towering building, feeling both excited and anxious.

"Why am I so nervous?" Brina whispered.

apansin naman ni Hiromi ang expression sa mukha ni Brina. "You can let me know if there’s anything bothering you, okay?"

Brina forced her smile.  "H-hindi ko talaga alam kung bakit kinakabahan ako mula pa kanina."

Hiromi gently placing her hand on Brina’s shoulder. "It’s perfectly fine not to know. Just take it one step at a time."

They walk towards the hotel entrance, Brina’s heart racing with anticipation.

As they enter the hotel, the extravagant lobby with its soft lighting and elegant decor greets them. Brina inhales sharply, a mix of excitement and nerves coursing through her.

Hiromi looking around, impressed. "Isn’t it gorgeous? You’ll feel at home in no time."

" Sana nga po." Pilit na ngiti ang ibinigay ng dalaga.

They walk towards the reception desk, and Brina takes a deep breath, determined to embrace the experience.
