Naila sat on the edge of her bed, feeling very sad. The afternoon sun came through her window, shining on her messy desk filled with art supplies. She loved to paint, but today, the colors seemed dull, just like her mood.

Her parents had just divorced, and everything felt confusing. The house was quiet now, and there were no more happy sounds. Naila often wished for the days when her family was together. Back then, they laughed and talked. Now, there were only awkward silences and fights.

At school, Naila felt just as lost. The hallways were full of laughter and chatter, but she felt like an outsider. She kept her head down, trying to avoid attention. She didn't want anyone to notice her.

But there was one boy who caught her eye—Jake. He was popular and confident, always surrounded by friends. But he also liked to tease and bully others. Naila hated how he treated her, but deep down, she couldn't help but have a crush on him. It was silly, but she imagined what it would be like if he noticed her. Would he ever be nice to her?

One day, after a rough day at school when Jake had made fun of her art project, Naila came home feeling defeated. She locked herself in her room, trying to block out the sound of her parents arguing. She picked up her paintbrush, but she didn't feel inspired.

She remembered the happy times—family trips, fun dinners, and sunny days. Those moments felt so far away now.

With a deep breath, Naila dipped her brush into a bright blue paint, the color of a clear sky. She began to paint, letting her feelings flow onto the canvas. Each stroke helped her release some of the sadness inside. But even as she painted, doubts filled her mind.

What if no one understood her? What if she stayed invisible forever?

As the sun set and shadows filled her room, Naila felt a spark of determination. She was tired of feeling like a victim. She wanted to find a way to break free from her pain. But it felt hard, especially with her confusing feelings for Jake.

Naila put down her brush and looked at her painting. It was messy but beautiful, just like her feelings. She knew she had to find her voice and be brave. But how could she do that?

For now, she hoped tomorrow would be different, that she would find a way to rise above her fears.
