The Semi-Constitutional Monarchy of the Great State of Japan is a superpower in East Asia. It had an area of approximately 15,367,836 km² in 1910. Japan is a country that is very rich in natural resources and human resources. It had a population of approximately 567,480,097 as of February 22, 1914.

But there is a secret that Japan itself keeps as a state secret. About 95 percent of Japanese people are reincarnated people from previous timelines where Japan lost the war or experienced a population decline. Those who are reincarnated try to change Japan to be better and stronger.

One of them is the future Emperor of Japan, Prince Mitchi-no-miya Yamato Takeruhito. Who we know as Mitchi-no-miya Hirohito, OTL Emperor Shōwa.

Unlike in OTL where Kōshitsu does not experience decline due to prolonged incest. Yamato Takeruhito has a healthy and fit body. Especially after he underwent Augmentation to increase his abilities above other humans. Thus we can conclude that he is trying to become a Super Soldier like in the Halo Game, The Spartan IIs.

He pursued his military career at the age of 14 after graduating from Tokyo Imperial University at the age of 14. He used the knowledge he gained from the Old Timeline to attain a PhD. He then had a career in the Imperial Japanese Army for 2 years from 1914-1916, reaching the rank of Major. Meanwhile in the Imperial Japanese Navy from 1916-1918 he reached the rank of Vice Admiral.

Yamato Takeruhito was an officer who was greatly feared by his enemies because the modern warfare tactics he used quickly rendered enemy fortifications useless.

As in the Navy, Yamato Takeruhito participate in the Battle of Jutland as his first day of service in the Navy. He devised the trap that makes German torpedo boats and cruisers taken down first before leaving the German dreadnoughts to the Royal Navy.

Vice Admiral Yamato Takeruhito, Captain Yamamoto Isoroku, Warrant Officer Ozawa Jisaburo discussed the future of Japan with the representative of the Army First Lieutenant Hideki Tojo, Captain Yamashita Tomoyuki, and Master Sergeant Kuribayashi Tadamichi.

“Alright before we start this meeting, I would like the respective leadership of the Army and Navy to introduce our past self identity. Let me start first.” Yamato Takeruhito paused for a second.

“Mitchi-no-miya Hirohito, Emperor Shōwa of Japan.”

As he said his past identity. Other people started bowing and did not want to face their Emperor. But the Former and Future Japanese Emperor simply coughed to gain the attention, so he didn't mind that.

Then Yamamoto Isoroku introduced himself as “Yamamoto Isoroku, Marshall Admiral of the Imperial Japanese Navy.”

From the Army side, Hideki Tojo introduced himself as “Former Prime Minister General Hideki Tojo of the Imperial Japanese Army.” He then smiled at Yamato Takeruhito as his respect.

Yamato Takeruhito tossed out to the table many blueprints which are roughly what the future of (Earth) Japanese Technology with their supposed inventor names on it.

“Excuse me Your Majesty, I would like to take all of the Navy Ships, Naval Weaponry, and Aircraft with me. This will advance my plan greatly.” Yamamoto takes what he needs.

While Hideki Tojo was interested in Firearms development and giving Kuribayashi Tadamichi the Armored Vehicles development.

Yamashita Tomoyuki said “Infantry development is interesting. On top of that you already did it yourself, Your Majesty? That is very risky but if you already done it on yourself. Then it is safe.”

“It is safe, but remember to read the text. What I did is on my 6 years old self so I trained my body. I suggest you use Spartan III for orphans, and Spartan IVs for regular soldiers. Minimum training in this program would be 1 year. Any shorter than that would result in mental breakdown.”

Then Yamato Takeruhito revealed. “Time isn't what we can predict. We must expect that other nations has reincarnated people too. So our standard is much higher than our enemy can reach!”

Japan began their spiritual and physical mobilization before increasing their Industrial Power.

Japan began their Industrialization shortly after the secret meeting. Japanese Reincarnated Individuals began their own plan together with their Emperor’s plan. Fortunately they have an infinite budget and resources provided by Yamato Takeruhito under the name Showa Plan.

The Showa Plan is divided into 10 parts, namely:

Showa Ichi, Infrastructure Provision by the Japanese Shadow Government. Such as providing Hospitals, Schools, Industrial Areas, Agricultural Areas, Commercial Areas, and Residential Areas.This plan was to be completed at the earliest before September 1, 1939.

Showa Ni, Food self-sufficiency, Food security, Food export-import cycle, and prevention of famine. Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce is tasked with this and to cooperate with food and agriculture industries. The Imperial Standard of Food and Agriculture Products is established.

Showa San, Economic Growth Reform started by reeducation of Zaibatsu. Zaibatsu will reform as the Japanese Companies that will cooperate with the Government to prevent any Foreign Monopoly on the Japanese Economy. While maximizing the export-import system to keep the Japanese Economy stable.

Showa Yon, Japan started as a Maritime State before expanding to Mainland East Asia. Under State Chancellor Oda Nobunaga, Japanese Shipbuilding was extremely advanced at that time. So the Japanese Government will expand their Shipbuilding Industries. Inshore Shipyards expanded and multiplied. Bohai Shipyard, Dalian Shipyard, Jiangnan Shipyard, Hizen Chuokuo Shipyard, Hubei Shipyard, Shanghai Shipyard are examples of Japan shipbuilding that will be completed by 1931. Expected by Japanese Analyst total of Japan's Improved Shipbuilding Industries around 35 to 40 million Compensated Gross Tons per year by February 1935

Showa Go, or Civilian and Military Research Supplement Programs. Is to provide all assistance to Japanese Civilian and Military Research Companies and Agencies with Financial and Resources aid. By September 1939, Japan will be the most advanced scientific nation on Earth. while their technological appearance looks like WW2 to Early Cold War, the level of technology comparable to OTL’s most advanced country on Earth in 1990.

Showa Roku, Isoroku Yamamoto and the Imperial Japanese Navy established the Rising Sun Fleet Society, Airspace Defense Society, and Deep Blue Fleet to advance the Imperial Japanese Navy.

Showa Shichi, Hideki Tojo and the Imperial Japanese Army created the Japanese Self Defense Forces Society and United Nippon Space Command. Like Yamamoto himself, Hideki Tojo prioritized National Defense and Established Boeitai or Imperial Japanese Defense Forces, a merger from Volunteer Fighting Corps, Student Corps, and Himeyuri Corps. In this Boeitai, is a Beginning before the Japanese individual can become a full Military Career.

Showa Hachi, or Transportation Improvement. It is to Improve Transportation Methods in Japan. While Traditional Transportation is reserved for Tourism Only, the Japanese Transportation Methods must be improved.

Showa Kyuu, rediscovery of Japanese history. To learn the actual history of Japan is mandatory for all Japanese Individuals. The Japanese people or rather the Kōshitsu is descended from the First Interstellar Ancient Human Empire that were in the Cold War with Forerunners before the Imperial Humanity isolated themselves in Temporal suspension for countless years before awakened in Japan and became Kōshitsu. It is mandatory to rediscover what happened to humanity after the fall of the First Interstellar Ancient Human Empire. Several artifacts like Stargates, Da’at Yichud Artifacts, and Forerunners Artifacts are being reverse engineered.

Showa Juu, Empire of Great Japan becoming the Unitary Parliamentary Semi-Constitutional Monarchy of the Sovereign State of Great Japan. Where the Japanese Emperor was not involved in Politics unless in emergency.
