Found: A Zatima story

Adjusting

It's the next morning and Zac is up getting Farrah ready for school. He is getting her clothes out at she brushes her teeth

Fatima comes in the bathroom with Farrah: Good morning princess-kisses her cheek-

Farrah: good morning mommy! -yelling so Zac can hear her- DADDY I WANT TWO PIGGY TAILS!

Zac: OK PRINCESS

Fatima: Farrah, honey. Mommy can do your piggy tails for you

Farrah: it's ok mommy daddy does it

Fatima: um ok -she's walks out of the bathroom room-

Fatima -goes in Farrah's room-: babe I can take her to school this morning, my interview isn't until 12

Zac: it's fine babe my dad usually picks her up and drops her to school, wait babe how are you getting to the interview?

Fatima: I have the rental for one more day so -shrugs-

Zac -kisses her- : thank you babe but we got this

Fatima: um ok

A couple minutes pass by and Farrah is all dressed, Zac does her hair and they head downstairs where Fatima is.

IN THE KITCHEN

Farrah: -excitedly- daddy I want pb&j for lunch!

Zac: ok princess you know what to do

Fatima: I can make it for you Farrah

Farrah: it's ok mommy, daddy lets me do it

Fatima: -lowly- oh ok

A few more minutes pass and Sean arrives

Farrah: daddy! Pop pop is here!

Zac: ok princess come give mommy a kiss I'm right behind y'all

Farrah runs to kiss Fatima: bye mommy love you

Fatima: I love you too princess

Zac and Farrah leaves and Fatima is sitting in the living room she decides to call Danni

Danni: HOLA CHICA

Fatima: -lowly- hey D

Danni: awww what's the matter Ti Ti?

Fatima: -voice cracks- Danni I don't know where I fit at, Zac and Farrah has this whole schedule on how they operate. Zac woke her up this morning, I tried to do her hair, Zac does it. Tried to make her sandwich, Zac lets her do it on her own. Even tried to take her to school, Zacs dad does it on his way to work since it's close to Farrah's school -tears fall- like I just dont know where I fit

Danni: Tima you have to communicate that with him, he doesn't know that you feel like they don't need you so you have to say something. It's only been a couple days that you've been in their life so everyone has to adjust

Fatima: you're right D I'll talk to him today, I have to get ready for this damn interview

Danni: really where!?

Fatima: a law office, as an assistant though until I pass the bar

Danni: that's good Ti!

Fstima: I hope I get it

Danni: you will, but sister I have to go Preston is taking me out for breakfast

Fatima: ok boo, talk to you later

Danni: later!

Fatima goes and makes herself some breakfast and relaxes until it's time for her interview
