1. What is Wrong With P'Black Now?

Yok was having a day. You know the kind that seems to drag on forever and never go anywhere useful? Exactly that kind of day. The fact that he has been on edge for the past week for no damn reason did not help his mood either. It was like an invisible itch on the inside of his brain that he could not reach and that did not go away on its own either. He would have blamed it on the hobbies he and his pack were engaging in, but they had not done anything illegal for like 10 days or something and its not like the mission before was anything out of the ordinary for them. No, this was something else and if his instincts could be trusted, and he always trusted them, he would swear it had something to do with the fact that no one had seen P'Black in the past 5 days. And he meant no one, not even P'Gram or P'Gumpa, which was unusual even for the eternally antisocial older boy. Sure P'Black disappeared for a few days now and then and he was never exactly social to begin with, but usually he had at least let one of them, read P'Gram, know what was up. When P'Black resurfaced Yok would have to have some words with the older boy cause a mopey P'Gram was a pain in the ass and what was up with that anyway. He acted like he had been stood up by his faen, which is ridiculous because it was not like they were boyfriends or anything. Yok came to an abrupt stop in the middle of the hallway, mind reeling with the implications of his musings. There was no way they were dating and had not said anything right? Then again when did P'Black ever share anything more than what was absolutely necessary. But P'Gram was his best friend he would not hide this, right?

And if he had, then Yok would make him spill everything and Gram would regret not talking sooner. Glad his classes were over for the day Yok made his way out of the Arts Building and to his Bike, while texting P'Gram to meet up at their favourite food stall close to P'Gumpas Garage. He did not wait for P'Gram's answer knowing the older would never turn down a delicious meal, especially after a long day of lectures, instead swinging himself onto his Bike in a practiced motion while trying to remember wether or not they were training tonight.

It did not really matter either way, they had enough time for Yok to interrogate his older friend and get some answers. He arrived at the food stall, parking his Bike next to the small restaurant and snatched a table at the back of the room that would afford them at least an illusion of privacy. He did not wait for more than a few minutes when P'Gram walked in sitting down across from him.They ordered their usual food and sat in comfortable silence for a bit before it got too much for Yok and, impulsive as always, he blurted out the first thing on his mind „Are you done moping because your boyfriend isn't replying to your texts or do I need to do something drastic to get him back? Id offer to kick Phi's ass for you but we both know he is the better fighter." P'Gram starts coughing in shock before scowling at Yok. „My what??? How do you even get these ideas N'Yok, seriously... " Yok smirks, feeling the heat under his skin that means his eyes are glowing with inner fire „Your Boyfriend Phi. You know, the guy you have been moping over for the past few days because he went awol? P'Black is antisocial I am sure he's fine and just fed up with all of us." P'Gram scowls at him after that sentence clearly unhappy about Yoks lighthearted tone. „P'Black would not just vanish like that. Sure, he needs time alone sometimes, but he always messages me to tell me beforehand. He planned to come over the day after we saw him last, and he sent no messages at all, did not even read mine when I asked where he was. I am really worried Yok. And he is very much not my boyfriend." Yok sobered up at the obvious distress in his best friend's voice. „Hey, I'm sorry I did not mean to sound like I don't care. That is unusual you're right. Have you been to his flat? We could ask Hia tonight if he knows where P'Black is or if he can help us look into it. Well figure out what is going on and help P'Black if he is in trouble ok? Promise Phi, everything will be ok." Gram smiles at Yoks endless optimism, even though his eyes are still worried and his demeanour a lot less energetic than usual.
