It was already ten o'clock in the evening in the streets of Seoul. Smaller businesses with outdoor seating enjoyed the number of customers tonight.

"Ash... Just a week ago, I was sitting in my little office, drawing time slots in my sketchbook and preparing another schedule under a small music company. I was happy," she smiled at the memory and sipped the last drop of Coke from the can.

"And then, my dumbass got talked into applying for the position of manager in one of the top music industry! Unfortunately for me, others say it's luck, they selected me and offered me the position! What do I say? I agreed! That naive fool agreed to it...!" she mumbled the last sentence and slammed her head on the table. The empty can of Coke rolled to the floor with a rattling sound. From the opposite side of the table, there was only the slurping of noodles.

"Aren't you going to say something?" she growled with her face in the plastic table top. There was a loud slurp and a cough.

"It will be okey. You will actually be doing still the same thing. Organizing things is your." The girl leaned across the table and patted her friend on the head, like a small child. Just then there was another slurp.

"What did I nod on?" She whined and ran her hands through her brown hair with red highlights. Another dying moan sounded from under the table. At that moment, the plastic table shaked under the force of the punch. She quickly removed her face from the table and looked scared at the brunette in front of her.

"Hey!" She flinched as the wooden chopsticks almost stucks into her eyes. "You're Li Nari. You're the one who organized the entire several-hour concert in less than a week. You saved everyone's ass. You put together the entire schedule to make everything work. The concert was a hit and that's only thanks to you." She aggressively stuck her chopsticks back into the noodles and popped another bite into her mouth.

"But that wasn't all my work." Nari frowned and supported her head with her hands.

"And who else!" she screamed. "Everything was a total mess before you got involved. You spent days and nights planning. You didn't even ask for bonuses. You should done it." She gave the cup of noodles a disgusted look that most likely belonged to Nari.

,,Aaaaa..." She leaned over the table with the chopsticks of noodles. The girl obediently opened her mouth and continued to look at her friend casually enjoying the instant ramen.

"But this is something else." She talked with her mouth full. "I've never been a manager. I only took care of the smooth running of events." She picked up a red can from the ground and ran her fingers over it worriedly.

"After all, it's almost the same thing. You will make sure that you are in the right place at the right time. You will be responsible for some daily routine and dictate others. You're very good at that last one." She gave the girl a teasing smile.

"Thank you." She smiled sarcastically.

"Done. Let's go." dark haired girl announced and got up from the table. She waved her hands at the brunette from the ground up as a sign for her to get up as well.

"You finished that all? We haven't even been here 10 minutes."

"I was hungry," she replied as she takes the can from Nari's hand, squeezes it and throws it into the trash together with the empty cup from noodles. Meanwhile, the girl stands up and puts her hands into her coat pockets with a sigh. Her friend hooks on her forearm and they heads home together. Tomorrow is going to be a long day, I can already feel it.

.........

The whole bus jumped when the driver slammed on the brakes. The people collapsed on top of each other and a man of a larger build smelling of burnt oil landed on top of the girl. He pulled back apologetically by the hand gripping the metal rod. She nodded out of politeness. How she hates these mass moshpits. A few more times, someone inappropriately stuck to her, and then the door at her stop already opened. She came out and took a deep breath of the cool morning air. She took the bus earlier to avoid arriving late for the meeting. She rolled up her sleeve a little and looked at her leather strap watch. She still had plenty of time left, so she went to a cafe near the company address. She stood in line and ordered her coffee. She sat down at the table by the window and looked out over the busy street of Seoul. Everywhere on the sidewalk people zigzagged among themselves at a fast pace, hurrying to get something. Likewise, drivers who had just had a red light tapped their fingers nervously on the steering wheel. It caused insecurities in the girl. Didn't I take too big bite? She asked herself. She pushed those thoughts away and began to slowly sip coffee from the warm cup that warmed her cold palms. After a while she looked at her watch again. She drank the last sip of coffee, got up, put on her coat and walked out of the cafe head towards the company location. She pulled the collar of her coat closer to the skin of her neck as the cold wind blew over her. Spring is already beginning to show, but March mornings and evenings are still cold. She crossed a few crosswalks and turned at a few intersections when she stopped in front of a large modern designed building. The glass visual gave the residence an innovative look. Pulling up the sleeve of her coat and then her sweater, she looked at the watch on her wrist. She was here right on time. Taking a deep breath, she smiled confidently at the illuminated sign on the building. I'll show you, HYBE Corporation.
