As the playful banter continued, the kids' chatter filling the air, I couldn't help but feel a warmth spreading through my chest. Lorenzo's unwavering affection and the undeniable happiness that it brought to our children was something that I treasured more than anything. But deep down, a flicker of worry still tugged at my heart. Was I truly deserving of all this love and affection?

I couldn't shake off the nagging doubt that whispered in the back of my mind. The constant barrage of compliments and declarations of love felt too good to be true, as if I was living in a dream. Yet, as Lorenzo wrapped his arm around my waist once more and pulled me closer, it was hard to dismiss the reality of the moment.

Lorenz, sensing my inner turmoil, leaned in and whispered in my ear, "What's going on in that beautiful head of yours?"

I took a moment to gather my thoughts, my emotions swirling inside me like a whirlwind. With a shaky breath, I replied, "It's just... I can't help but wonder if I deserve all this. The compliments, the love... sometimes it feels almost too good to be true. And I can't help questioning if I'm worthy of it kasi alam mo naman na ako ay hindi si Camila diba, tsaka paano  kung bumalik na siya?  "

Lorenzo's expression softened, his eyes filled with understanding. He took a step closer to me, his hands still holding onto my waist.

" Thalia, listen to me," he began, his voice firm yet gentle. "You deserve every bit of love and affection I give you. And it has nothing to do with Camila or anyone else."

He paused, his gaze unwavering as he searched my eyes.

"I chose you. I chose to love you, for who you are. And I will choose you every single day."

Lorenzo nodded slowly, a small frown tugging at the edges of his lips. "Yes, I know you have a boyfriend," he said, his voice measured. "But Thalia, I need to talk to you about something important."

" okay what is it? " sabi ko kasi naman  kinakabahan ako e

" do you still love your boyfriend? " Lorenz said, but I don't know the answer I couldn't think

' I love you but I don't know kung mahal ko ba si Calvin '

" Uhm Lorenz your question is so hard to answer because I don't know if I'm still inlove with him " sabi ko

" second question, do you love me? " tanong niya sa akin

" Lorenz I like you but I don't know if I loved you " sabi ko

Lorenzo listened intently to my response, his expression growing somewhat unreadable. A mix of disappointment and understanding crossed his features, as if he was both frustrated and trying to hide it.

"I see," he said, his voice neutral. "So you're not sure what you feel about either your boyfriend or about me. Is that right?"

I nodded. "Yes, that's right."

Lorenzo took a deep breath, his eyes searching mine.

"Then let me ask you this, Thalia," he said, his voice steady.

"If you had to choose between your boyfriend and me, who would you
pick?"

"If I had to choose between my boyfriend and you right now, I... I don't know," I confessed, my voice faltering slightly.

"It's true that I like you, Lorenzo. You've been so wonderful and attentive, and I can't deny that I enjoy your company. But my boyfriend, Calvin... he was a big part of my life for a long time. I'm just confused about what I really want now."
