No one's POV:

3 days before Rosemary goes to Hogwarts~~

Rosemary and Draco have been inseparable since they met. He ether comes to her house, or she goes to his. Currently Rosemary is over at Draco's manor and waiting for lunch. both Mary and Draco are laying on Draco's roof next to his window sharing a cigarette she stole from her father. Mary's listing to Draco rant about his friends at Hogwarts while she slowly takes a drag of the cigarette letting the smoke fill her lungs. while exhaling she says," I can't wait to go to school and meet everyone". Draco taking it from her hand and humming before taking a drag himself.

Mary runs a hand throw her hair sitting up to look out into the courtyard. Seeing Lucius and a strange figure in all black, she hits Draco to sit up. He makes a face at her before handing her the cigarette and sitting up "what?" He snarks. Marry points saying," who is that with your dad? "She takes another drag holding it in. Draco looks in the direction she points, and all the color leaves his face" Oh shit that's Snape, our Potions teacher!" Mary Coughs violently from the shock of her teacher being here while she's smoking. The pair down in the courtyard hear Mary coughing and look up to see Draco hitting her on the back and quickly ash the cigarette. Lucius has an angry expression and yells" what are you foolish children doing up there!" Draco reply's" Nothing father just getting some fresh air while waiting for lunch, I think Mary swallowed a bug". Lucius looks at Severus confused, Severus still keeping his cold face while Lucius yells back at the duo" oh, well get back inside before one of you idiots fall "Mary and Draco nod before stumbling back through the window.

Narcissa yells for them come down for lunch which they gladly do. " I'm starving" Draco and Mary say at the same time while approaching the dining table. The two look at each other and bust out laughing. Narcissa shakes her head chuckling a little before saying" you two have been around each other too much, your brains are becoming sync'd. " Lucius and Severus make their way into the room before Mary could sit down. "Mary there is someone I'd like you to meet" Lucius says grabbing her attention.

Mary smiles while she approaches Lucius and his friend. " Yes sir?" she questions " Mary this is Severus Snape, the potions Professor at Hogwarts" Lucius reply's waving his hand toward snape. Mary faces Snape and bows quickly" it is a pleaser to meet you sir, I can't wait to start at Hogwarts" snape is taken a little back before saying" I admire your wonderful manners, I hope you are as smart as you are proper". Mary nods and gives a smile before she returns to the table.

Time skip~
Mary's POV:

Today is the day I go to Hogwarts! I'm so excited to see all the wonderful things Draco told me about. I'm sad to say goodbye to my mother and father though. Being in a new place without them will be hard but already having a friend will make it better.

Me and mom already went and got all my stuff from Diagon Alley. It was beautiful, back in the states the shops weren't as cool. I already had a wand so all we had to get was books for this year and my owl. My old one needed to be retired so he just stays free around the house. I occasionally hear him. My new owl is a dark brown barn owl Her name is Lark. I love her so much we already have a great connection.

I finally finished packing my trunk so that means it's time for me to head to the train station. I run down the stairs to get mother and father. I reach them in the living room and say " I'm ready to go to the station! I don't want to be late." My father chuckles and gets up saying " okay don't act to happy to leave us ". I pull both my parents in for a hug and whisper " I'm going to miss you both so much, especially your cooking mama" causing my parents to erupt with laughter. I look up " I'm being serious I don't know how good the school food will be" mama pats my shoulder while saying " it's going to be okay dear your only gone for a couple months till Christmas". We let go of each other and head for the door to be greeted by a house elf with my all my luggage. My family helps the house elf's lug all the stuff outside while I quickly think of something I forgot. " I forgot something I'll be right back!" As I rush back inside sneaking into my father study. I dig through his desk to find a pack of cigarettes. I close my eyes hoping for it to be full as I open the pack. I open my eyes slowly to see a fully pack. I jump up and down" thank you lord" I say as I stuff the pack into my jacket pocket and quickly pick up a lighter while closing the drawers and running out.
