Chapter 24

-------Sky's Birthday-----

(Cam's POV)

I woke up early to surprise Sky with breakfast. I quietly walked to her room with a tray of food. I nodded at Nash. He opened the door slowly. Then he ran in and jumped on the bed.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY SKY!!" We yelled as she slowly sat up.

She looked around and smiled. I handed her breakfast and said,

"Eat up! You have a soccer game in a couple hours."

"Why are you so happy, Cam?"

"What? I can't be happy for my sisters birthday and soccer game?" I said in my best convincing voice.

"Okay?" She said.

I nodded and walked out the room. Nash stayed there talking to her. I dialed Shawn's number. After 2 rings he picked up.

"Hey" he said.

"Hey, Remember the plan?"

"Yep its going good over here, How about you?"

"Good! She doesn't suspect a thing."

" Good! I can't wait to see her again."

"Don't worry just a couple more hours."

"Okay. Well were about to Leave Talk to you later."

"okay." I said then hung up.

(SHAWN'S POV)

I got off the phone and went to baggage claim to get my bag's. Once I did so, I got in the limo. And we were off. In just a couple of hours I would get to see her beautiful smile again. I texted Sky,

⬅️ Hey, beautiful. Good luck at you game. And most of all Happy Birthday🎉, Love you!😘.

(SKY'S POV)

Me and Nash were talking about Shawn. When I got a text Message. I unlocked my phone and saw who it was.

"Speaking Of the devil." I said to Nash.

"What did he say!" He sounded more excited then me.

I read the text.

"He said good luck at my game, Happy birthday, and I love you."

"Awe." Nash said While I texted back

⬅️ Thank you! Love you too😘.

When I finished breakfast. Nash took my tray down stairs. I got dressed in my uniform, then picked my hair up in a pony tail. I walked down stairs to the kitchen. I grabbed a water bottle and stuffed it in my bag.

"You Ready?!" Cam said excitedly.

"Yeah," i said with a chuckle.

(SHAWN'S POV)

My phone rang i picked it up knowing it was Cam.

"Hello?"

"Where Are you? The game started 20 min ago."

"I know. The traffics bad. I'm trying to ge-"

I got cut off.

"SKY!!!!!" Cam yelled.

"Cam whats wrong?" I said completely concentrated on the call.

"CAM WHAT'S WRONG!" I said louder.

" SHAWN YOU NEED TO GET HERE. NOW!"

With that he hung up. My mind was exploding with questions. But I knew I had to get to Sky.

"Hurry up We need to get there now!" I yelled at the driver.

"I'm Sorry but i can't speed up traffic."

I knew If I waited here I wouldn't get there soon enough. I threw the driver a 100 dollar bill and jumped out the limo. I looked around and once I found where I was I ran in the direction of the Soccer game. Cars honked at me As I ran in front of them. I didn't listen. I just kept running. And I didn't stop. I ran the fastest I could. I jumped over fences and Things that stood in my way. After 10 min I reached The field. Right away I saw an Ambulance. I ran until I saw Cam and Nash. They had tears in there eyes. When they saw me they shook their heads. I turned my head to see paramedics around Sky. I ran up to them. The sight I saw was unbearable.

Sky lay their lifeless. The paramedics put A black sheet over her. My heart stopped. I pushed the paramedics away. And uncovered Sky.

"SKY! PLEASE! PLEASE! WAKE UP! P-Please." I said laying my head on her chest

I felt arms pull me back, but I fought off. They kept pulling me back. Nash and Cam Came grabbed me. I tried to pull away but i couldn't. I just broke. I fell to the ground crying. Cam and Nash wrapped their arms around me. I could hear them crying too. I looked up and saw saw Sky being wheeled into the Ambulance. I felt like my life was over.
