They had just gotten back from the roadtrip, and Aaron stayed in the car with Penelope.

"I almost don't want to go to work tomorrow, but I have to." he sighed, looking over at Penelope. Penelope nodded, "Yeah, especially with everything going on, you have to keep working."

As she parked outside of his house, she turned and kissed his cheek with a smile. He gives her a hug before leaving to get some rest in his home. She drives off.

Aaron takes out his working clothes for tomorrow, setting down his hardhat, then he goes to sleep in his bedroom. When the sun rose, he arrived at work and was hammering some nails into planks. Hours passed of him working, along with the other construction workers.

"I'm going on my break!" he tells the others, grabbing his bag off of a fold out chair that was further away from the site. He took out a ziploc bag from it, opened it and began eating a sandwich.

He scratched his head right beneath his helmet, and realized how sweaty he was, he takes off the hardhat, tossing it next to him on the grass. Aaron heard a loud buzzing sound near him, it sounded like someone was using a drill. He turned his head as Art had been approaching him from behind, holding up an electric drill.

He had already been close, so within a second of him seeing the clown right behind him, Art pressed the machinery against the side of his head, drilling into his brain. Aaron screamed from the pain and surprise of seeing him as he hopped off the chair, stumbling as his vision got blurry.

His heartbeat thumped in his ears, and he coughed violently. He could practically feel the blood pooling inside of his skull and pushing against his brain, because it was. He wanted to run, but he couldn't, he continued to walk in an angle, his brain confused. Art was peacefully following behind him, turning the drill back on as he used it on the back of his head now. Aaron yelled incoherently as he finally started to run, but tripped after a few steps.

The silent clown approached him once more, finding this a little boring. He crouched in front of Aaron, poking at the holes in his head with one finger, he weakly let out a call for help, which would definitely not be heard over all the loud construction noises.

Aaron attempted to stand, but fell flat on his ass thanks to his now wobbly legs. His vision was a mess, and his body seemed to be dysfunctional. Art pointed and made a laughing expression at him when he fell immediately after trying to leave without the clown having to move an inch.

He raised one finger at the guy, as if to give him a moment. He looked down and turned the drill on again, deciding to end this guy's misery (that he caused in the first place).

He moved the drill over to between Aaron's legs, and went down a little, going under his crotch area and drilling right into his testicles. The drill tore through his pants, and through his underwear, he didn't stop until he was sure what was underneath was completely destroyed. Aaron yelled and tried to crawl backwards, causing Art to grab his leg and snap it in half, breaking it with ease.

He tossed the blood stained drill aside, standing up to admire his work. He noticed the top of a phone sticking out of Aaron's pocket, so he grabbed it. Art grinned. It would be fun to mess with his friends, especially Mallory, she seemed like she would be the most fun to torment, before he brutally kills her.

Art walks away, ignoring how a few of the construction workers far away started to notice him, and they wondered where Aaron was.

The next day, he sent a text to the group chat of the friends, timing it to when the workers went on break. Since Aaron's body was still lying there, slowly rotting, he assumed they never checked up on where he was.

Back to Present.

Mallory winced as she looked at Aaron's dead body. The twisted limb, the dried blood that stained the grass all around him, and the holes in his head that went deep, reaching his brain, there were some flies and various other bugs investigating that area as well. This image was sure to firmly place itself inside of her brain for a long while. "H-He's dead! What the fuck?!" Sarah screamed, walking around in shock. Also in shock was Oliver, but he was frozen.

Penelope started sobbing, and fell to her knees beside Aaron, she grabbed his face, kissing the side of his cheek. Mallory stared in confusion, while Sarah glared at her. "What are you doing?" she asks.

Penelope doesn't have time to reply before Mallory looks up and yells, "Clown!" Art was slowly approaching them in an exaggerated sneaky way, as if seeing how close he could get before they notice.

They all run to the nearest building instinctively, which was a warehouse. Oliver breaks the lock on the door, and they go inside.

It had a wide space in the middle of the room, and many large shelves on the sides, there was a second floor with stairs leading up to it, with more storage up there. As Mallory runs with the group to the center of the warehouse, Sarah turns to Penelope. "So, what was that about back there? I thought you weren't close with Aaron." she says.

Mallory almost facepalmed. "Guys, this is not the time! We have to hide and find weapons." She glances at the two of them, they seem to be ignoring her. Oliver agrees with her, "Yeah, we have to get rid of this fucker already, it's clear he's not gonna let us run off."

The brunette glared at the blonde angrily, still waiting for an explanation. Penelope knew this, "Okay, just don't get pissed, because you asked for it, so... last month, I went over to Aaron's house to borrow his car, but he invited me inside... and we ended up having a few drinks. We had sex-"

Sarah gasped. "You bitch!" She was about to punch Sarah, but Mallory grabbed her by the waist and held her back, dragging her further away. Penelope kept on talking, "And recently... I found out I'm pregnant, he was the only person who could've been the father."

Even Mallory was surprised at this part. Sarah scoffed and got out of her hold, storming away to an area of the warehouse. Oliver and Mallory chase after her. Penelope hesitates on what to do, before she starts walking over, attempting to follow. "Wait, I... I can explain!"

Penelope trips, not seeing the wrench on the floor, and she lands on her face. "Fuck!" she groaned, standing up and touching her nose, it was bleeding. Art grabs her from behind, hitting her hard on the neck with the wrench, she screams and tries to escape, but is unable to.

He keeps slamming the wrench on her neck, creating a gash. He digs his hand into the wound, making her screams get louder. Art finds her spine, and grabs it, pulling hard. Part of it is sticking out of her neck before he pauses to laugh at how she looks, she is still screaming her lungs out.

When he continues extracting her spine from her body, her screams stop, she had already died. He takes out her spinal cord completely, putting it next to him.

Then he grabs her face, licking the blood off with a grin. He tosses her back down on the floor, walking off to grab a wooden plank nearby. He smashes the plank into Penelope's body, cutting her in half. Most of her blood splashes out of her, spilling on the floor and on Art.

He bends down and uses her blood to write his name, marking that he had been here. When he looks up, he locks eyes with Mallory, who had been cowering behind a filled storage shelf, she thought she had been hidden well, but he knew she was there.

She runs away as soon as he spots her, and he stands up, taking Penelope's spine with him to use it as a weapon.
