Hyunlix: A Siren and an Angel

Flying above the clouds, Felix's wings were starting to ache. He flew down to rest on a rock near a beach, away from humans. As he landed gracefully on a boulder, he patted his clothes. He wasn't supposed to be here, he made sure to tell imperial guards to not be around this area as they had always snitched on him before.

As he rested and enjoyed the sight of the crashing waves, Felix caught sight of a tail and some hair. He quickly stood up and swished his head around to try to see if he could see the body parts again. As he calmed down, he could finally see clearly (and think clearly) again. As he started to look again, something grabbed at his ankles. Felix quickly flew up and turned his spear to the...thing. The bells on his ankle bracelet ringed rabidly from his moves.

Felix looked down and saw a handsome man near his age. His head was protruding from the water, and only the top of his head was visible. His eyes stared into his soul, and of course he has siren eyes, because now Felix could see he's a siren from his tail, his slightly blue and green skin, and his black sclera. Still, he's hot. Felix moves backwards, away from Hyunjin, the Prince of Sirens, or in other words, the Prince of the Sea. The rings of pearls on his head mimicking a crown indicates that.

"Don't come near." Felix glared at Hyunjin, pointing his spear back at the siren. Hyunjin emerged from the water more, showing his bare chest. Felix had to swallow and stop himself from constantly looking at that fine chest. Hyunjin stared at the quivering spear pointed to his chest with amusement. He held his hands up beside his head and smiled. "Hey, I won't harm you." Felix narrowed his eyes but lowered his spear. "Fine." He backed more into land, still staring suspiciously at Hyunjin.

Hyunjin swam to the land, transforming his tail into legs, his green/blue skin turned into pale skin, and just overall, he turned into a more human looking being. Felix stared at Hyunjin with slight shock. "What? Hasn't your tutors or family taught you that sirens with royal blood can transform into humans? Gives us more chances to seduce people and kill them." Hyunjin grinned, his eyes slightly dark. Felix narrowed his eyes at him again, he sat down on the same rock from earlier, slightly glaring at the siren. "Don't you dare talk about killing humans near me. I'm supposed to protect them." Hyunjin chuckled, his brown, nearly black, eyes stared into Felix's blue ones. (Blue eyes are scary, and angels are kinda scary, so Lixie has blue eyes :3)

Hyunjin sat near Felix, trying to get close to him. When their shoulders touched, Felix scooched away, staring at Hyunjin like he's a piece of trash. "You just wanna hang out and talk?" Hyunjin asked Felix, staring at him. "Y'know what? Fine, I have no one to talk to anyways." Felix sighed. So for the next hour, Felix told Hyunjin all his worries, feelings, and just overall thoughts.

Felix looked at the position of the sun and saw that it was getting late. He stood up quickly, looking at the floating palace in the sky that's only visible to creatures that aren't humans. "So, Hyu- I mean Hwang, I need to go." Hyunjin also stood up, walking back towards the sea where he first appeared. "Don't get caught with me." Felix rolled his eyes and smiled. "I won't get caught." Hyunjin laughed, "Don't get too cocky, Prince Lee." And they parted their ways.

When Felix arrived to the palace, his clothes were orderly put together, his face was stoic, there was no sign that he had just hung out with the prince of his kingdoms enemy. He said his greetings to his family, and walked to his room, ending the day after he took a shower and passed out.

Over the next few months, Felix and Hyunjin hung out more and more, and each time, they began to grow feelings for each other.

One day, as they were talking and laughing with each other, Felix's sister, Olivia, stared at them from afar in a cloud. She's been wondering why her brother has been coming to that specific beach so much when just a few months ago, he hated that place, now she could see why.
