Emily's eyes fluttered shut, and she let out a deep breath. Another long day had come to an end. As she drifted off to sleep, she felt the familiar tug of her subconscious.
She found herself standing on a moonlit beach, the sound of waves crashing against the shore. The air was filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers. A figure emerged from the shadows, his features illuminated by the soft light.
Emily's heart skipped a beat as their eyes met. She felt an inexplicable connection to this stranger.
"Who are you?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
The stranger smiled, and Emily's soul stirred. "Someone who's been searching for you," he replied, his deep voice sending shivers down her spine.
As they walked along the beach, Emily felt a sense of calm wash over her. It was as if she had known this person her entire life.
Their conversation flowed effortlessly, like they were old friends. Emily shared her dreams, her passions, and her fears. The stranger listened intently, offering words of encouragement.
As the night wore on, Emily realized she didn't want this dream to end. She wanted to stay in this perfect world, with this perfect stranger.
But as the first light of dawn crept over the horizon, the stranger vanished. Emily woke up with a start, her chest heaving.
It was just a dream, she told herself. But the memory of those piercing blue eyes lingered. Emily couldn't shake off the feeling of longing. She tried to focus on her daily routine, but her mind kept drifting back to the stranger.
At school, she found herself doodling his face on her notepad. Her freinds noticed her distraction and teased her about being lovesick. Emily laughed it off, but deep down, she knew there was something more to this dream.
That night, she fell asleep with the stranger's face etched in her mind. The next morning, Emily woke up to a surprise:
_A package on her doorstep_
Inside, she found a sketchbook with a note:
"For the artist who captures dreams."
The pages were filled with charcoal sketches of the stranger. Emily's heart skipped a beat. Who could have sent this? She felt a weird feelings, she was dreaming last night and that guy in her dreams was not real.
