Both of them are enemy because, long story short- Jimin 'accidentally' threw his drink on Jungkook's shirt because he wanted this nerdy to gave him attention just like the rest of the students. But Jeon being the ever silent, calm boy with personality to not talk much didn't gave a fuck about jimin or that's what the rich spoiled brat thought.
And getting angry but not loosing his cool, Jeon spat things about jimin and even call him names to which jimin wasn't used to and that's how their enemy to lover story started.

"Ya! Jeon, again buried your face in those books like the nerd you are." Jimin's loud shrill voice echoed in the silent library, disturbing the silent environment but who is the librarian or anyone to say anything against the university's owner's son.
"Atleast not like you, who bury his face inbetween legs to suck dicks." The voice was clear enough for the few people in library to hear and to not witness with Park's anger, they had to control their laugh.
"You!" The embarrassed jimin, who's face had turned red marched towards jeon and snatch his book, throwing it on ground.
"Tsk, you spoiled cat." Jungkook's eyes bore into Jimin's with bordem and disappointment. "I'm gonna give you five seconds, pick that book with respect." Jeon warned in low voice, his arms crossed over his chest.
"Or else? What will you do, huh?" Jimin provoked him as he step closer to the male sitting infront of him.
"Something you probably won't like." Jimin gritten his teeths and mimic Jungkook's action, crossing his arms over his own chest. "Yeah? Show me then."
"Five," Jimin's glup in both anticipation and fear. "Four," Jungkook stood up from his seat making jimin to take a step back. "Three," Jeon remove his glasses and place it on table.
All his actions followed after the counts were making Jimin's body have goosebumps but he was trying his best to not show any emotion.
"Two," Jeon's eyes look back at jimin with a stern firey gaze that almost made jimin piss in his pants. But despite the fear, he watch how handsome and dominating Jungkook was looking right now, not like he didn't look everyday but him being angry right now was adding more spice to his looks.
"One," As those words left Jungkook's lips, jimin breath hard and watch Jungkook picking up the book and joining it against his forehead, closing his eyes as a gesture of respect then place it back on table.
A very deep silence fell in the atmosphere. The few people in library were now more interested in this drama then their books.
Jeon then look back at jimin and in a swift move he pin Jimin's front on the table and lean forward against Jimin's back, receiving loud gasp from jimin and also from the people.
"W- What the–" Jimin struggle against the nerdy boy's strong grip "Leave me you, bitch." Jimin suddenly whimper as he felt Jungkook grab his hands harshly yet carefully and grip them together behind Jimin's back.
"Tsk, I had given you many chances in past to improve this shitty attitude of yours, but your this little spoiled bratty brain is not ready to listen, huh." Jungkook whisper near Jimin's ears, his body pressed hard against Jimin's back, making the boy to whimper out in embarrassment.
"L- Leave!" Jimin tried to voice out in dominance but failed and it came out as a plead.
"Now listen carefully, or else you have to witness with these type of embarrassment daily from me, that too infront of the whole university. You don't want that, right? So, obey me, you little spoiled beauty." Jimin huff and shook his head as nod.
"Never, you nerdy! I will not– ahh!!" Loud gasp and whispers could be heard in the library as Jungkook had landed a good hard slap on those thick ass cheeks.
"Want more spanks or obey me, choice is yours, bratty butterfly." Jeon whisper as he caresses Jimin's thick cheeks making the smaller to glup hard and try his best to prevent himself from moaning out.

"I hate you." Jimin spat and glare at the people who were recording the scene, giving them warning with his eyes.
"As if I love a spoiled kitten like you." Jungkook said in a mocking tone making the smaller's anger meater to raise up which already was at high.
"You!– Fucking apologise to me!" Jimin threatened, his cheeks flushed red as he continues to glare at the other male.
"You're the one here to apologise, not me." Jungkook spat back, stepping closer to the beauty. "Apologie!! or else it won't be good for-"
"Else what, huh?" Jungkook interrupted jimin making tha smaller clench his fist tightly. "Will tell your parents that how their precious little princess was spanked infront of many people and his ego got hurt, even tho the mistake was his. Yeah yeah, go and cry to your parents like the baby you are." The comment made jimin feel so ashamed and angry, his body was buring red.
"I-I will never f-forgive you!!" Jimin shouted angrily, his beautiful hazel eyes shining with crystal-clear tears as he sobbed and threw the papers that were placed on the table at Jungkook's face, then ran out of the library.
Jungkook sigh out heavily at he stare at the direction where jimin had left.
