Carl, it was him, Carl Grimes, the blue-eyed one who was my best friend and helped me with everything, who made me laugh when I needed it most, who never let me cry, and if I did, he tried to cheer me up.

All these kinds of thoughts were running through Robin's head. She was almost frozen when she had that information. On Carl's side, seeing that reaction, the theory that it was THAT ROBIN grew even more, with his heart beating faster than normal.

"What's happening?" Mikey joined the conversation "Is everything fine?"

"I... I have to look for something in my house, I'm sorry."

Without waiting for them to speak, Robin stood up and backed away until she was outside the room. Enid stood hesitantly, staring at Carl, and Ron and Mikey followed.

"What was that?" Mikey faced him, and Carl stammered at first at the attention.

"She... Maybe I know her, but I haven't seen her in a long time." He said everything so fast that it confused the three teenagers who were listening. "I should go... Sorry, I give up in the game, Ron wins."

"Yes!" the happy one shouted with joy when Carl left the room too.

For Robin, if Carl was that boy, he must remember the photo she kept from the day of costumes and nicknames, the BFN mission. She kept it in the drawer that was in the room where she stayed.
She ran through the streets, going quickly without getting tired, especially after the cereal. When she was at the entrance of the house, she entered and did not expect to see Maggie going up the stairs with the Korean. Robin could not even remember if he had said his name.

"Maggie, Korean." she greeted as she passed them.

"Glenn." He said with a frown, the girl noticed the Korean.

"At least I didn't call you chinaman." argued in her favor.

She walked through the other doors to her own, which was easy to spot because she had taped a piece of paper on it that said "Robin," so it was easier to tell which room was hers. She just had to find the photo from that day, it was in a drawer, she would show it and badim badabam, Carl would see the photo and she would know for sure if it was that Carl, or if somewhere else in the world there was another blue-eyed Carl Grimes.

Her hands went to the drawer and when she opened it the air escaped, there was no photo.

(....)

WHERE THE HELL COULD A PHOTO BE? She had turned the whole room upside down and found nothing, the photo had disappeared, and it was the only memory of her life before the end of the world, she had nothing, her parents weren't there, her best friend could be there but who knows if he remembered their friendship.

She sat on the floor thinking of more memories with Carl, all the time focusing on little Carl's face. The face of that Carl she knew and this Carl who appeared were very identical, so she had to resort to a test of Robin and Carl's old friendship to see if she knew something.
