What Does It Mean?

In the shadows of the world's past a new story emberges where existence of demons came to be in known by humans , losts in the mist of time approximately 390 years ago a historical but memorable event printed its fearful presence in everyones hearts , that accident came down into everyones bloodline like a forest fire. All those strong hearts of humans had became weak but those weak hearts had estimated that in the more distant past around 670 years back beneath the crimson lunar glow and shimmering ,moonlit darkness a demon had stepped on the heavenly green grounds of earth telling its fearful presence.The rapid expansion of their presence sparked widespread panic around the weaklings and the demons' savage bloodlust left a trail of lifeless bodies in its wake. Being a stranger in his realm where demons like him dwelled, he navigated the variations of demonic nature. As a star born in darkness, his appearance shone with an otherworldly light, yet was deemed cursed by the hands of fellow demons. Gazing upon his fellow demons who fed upon the innocent blood , he sang a sweet melody of mercy and sin for innocents from the top of hills. With mastery of his powers, he forged a solo path, building a realm of his own far from his home realm where his childhood still dwells. Innocents's cries lingered in his mind, from the fateful night he saved a lady, centuries ago. the ladies voice trembled, she entreated him to accept her as his devoted handmaiden. And as the first demon war's drums fell silent, their footsteps faded.

"woaahhhh hehe i really felt goosebumps while hearing it! the way you narrate such things are the most impressive mom!!"Rubie spoke out loud , "shhh bis sis father and blowie would wake up"Iera scolded her badly." you two should stop now and go to slepp , its already getting late"Sarina scolded them both."mom one last thing to ask , will father be alright? he has been coughing alot lately"Rubie questioned while getting up from Sarina's laps , "ofcource dear your father will be alright tomorrow i will go to collect some herbs for him and you two make sure to take care of him in that time"Sarina answered and switched off the lights , "Alright mom sweet dreams"they both whisppered and slipped into the state of slumber. As the morning dawned from the windows waking up young Rubie , the task for taking care of her father striked her and she paniced rushing to the door to stop him from going to work . "father wait... your health is not good you can't go to work"Rubie shouted while grabbing her father's sleeves ."let me go my little sweetheart if i didn't collected and sell the wood i wont be able to get money , also the temperature will go down soon in few days."he replied while coughing. "Alright go and then when mom will return home i would tell her and request her to give you a good scolding for not listening to your daughter , hmph"Rubie tried to frighten her father and Iera also came running with her half sleepy face" did father went out" she asked while rubbing her eyes , "no idiot , open your eyes and look carefully" Rubie said her with a giggle .

"I am home"Sarina said while opening the door . "wahhhhh you scared me"Iera said with embarrasment and Rubie gave a side eye to her father."did something happened here while i was out"Sarina asked while looking at her terrified face."well father tried to go out to work even though i asked him to stay home and rest"Rubie said"is that so well now i am home he wont go anywhere and now i am going to make the herbal tea and breakfast"Sarina said while lightning up the stove and boiled water."mom after lunch can we go out to play?"Rubie asked her, "dont you remeber that your are not allowed to go out!!"Sarina reminded her with a serious tone."mom but why??? I always wish to go out and make friends , not only that I also want to go to school like other kids from village i am tired of watching them going with bags to school, its just like i dont even know my own village!!"Rubie shouted out loud whatever came to her mind."i dont want to talk about it just go in your room and wake up Blowie"Sarina commanded her with a changing voice and Rubie went to her room with a heavy heart. Sarina fell down on floor on her knees and cried , her husband who was watching them came and told her "you dont need to be that strict to her , give her a little freedom i know its not good but as she is still young we should let her out for a bit away from the eyes of other village people" , "just because of this curse our childs youth is being destroyed , we all living with fear in our hearts but yet i feel scared to tell those three, I can't see Rubie unhappy i just want to protect her from the lifetime taunts of people  , they even might try to hurt her , i know its not good to keep her isloated but....but"Sarina calms herself"fine i will let he go out for a bit"she said.

After the breakfast was ready she calls everyone but Rubie didn't showed up. Locked herself in a room Sarina calls out Rubie and tells her"we will go out to play for a bit as your wish , now dont miss your breakfast and also please forgive me for my ude behaviour earlier." , "no its not your fault i shouldn't have requested to go out"Rubie said and openend the door and sat on the floor with everyone to have breakfast."Rubie listen to me carefully now , your mom just wants to protect  you from the evil outdoor , you shouldn't hate her" , her father tried to explain her ."what kind of evil is waiting outside because of which i am not allowed to go out?"Rubie asked her parents while making an eye contact with her father." who knows ? The world is never fair also your parents love you more than anything , why would they wish for your destructed youth?. " he continued giving his best so that her daughter understands well. "mom tell me how do you define love ? since father said that you want to protect me"Rubie asked Sarina , while the other two sisters were enjoying their food."how about telling you when a good time apporaches?"Sarina said with a calm voice.Rubie didn't said anything and after they were finished with breakfast Sarina all three of sisters out to play . "hey sister how about racing till that blooming group of flowers?"Blowie asked Iera and Rubie ."ohh that a lilacs"Sarina added. "Are you trying to challange your big sister well then first to reach will win and the loser will have to help mom clean the dishes"Rubie said. They all started running and while running Rubie trips down due to a stone and hits her head on ground. "owwww !!!! its hurts.....ughhhh"Rubie said with a disturbed tone , Sarina came running to check if Rubie hurted herself . "did you hurt yourself?" she asked. "no i am good , you dont need to worry"Rubie said with shyness . "now listen to me and remeber this , my love for my three little birds is to put all my fierce determination to safeguard their well being and to ensure you all are happy , I put all your wishes before mine , Rubie i am sureafter you grow into a fine young girl someone will come to your life , not to love your body but to love your soul , that person will buy you everything but before that he will learn about your likes and dislikes , now cheer up well your father and I love you all"Sarina taught her in a more cheering way and holded her children warm hands and went back home.

Sarina followed her daily work , like cleaning dishes , washing clothes and dusting etc and the girls were taking care of their fsther who was recovering quite impressively . Dusk approaches and  a chaos occurs in the village , not to long that they realised that a demon had attacked the village , Rubie along with her family treis to escape before getting trapped in that mess , all the houses were destroyed and people were killed , Rubie's parents were knocked back by the destruction demon caused and had broken their legs. Rubi rushed and tried to help them out with all her strenght. "god!! give me some more strenght"Rubie mumbled. "Rubie my beloved child I and your mom wanted to see you and yoiur sisters grow healthy and good but it looks like our journey was till here , I and your mom are proud of you and will always love you all , we entrust you that you will take good care of your younger sisters for us" Their father said with a warm and emotional amile on his face."your father is right we believe you , now run away from here , this place is dangerous , find a way to live , now run please!!"Sarina requested with tears in her eyes . Rubie couldn't see those tears falling from her mother eyes and tried to elp them without listening to them and thinking about consequences . While she tried her best a wooden log on flames came flying towards them , "sister watch out!!" Iera shouted from far away . Her father has noticed the danger and pushed her away getting themselves caught up in those flames . Hearing those screams for forgivness Rubie couldn't breathe well but felt her neck chocked and ran away in a forest covered with darkness with her younger sisters to survive.....
