The group of friends spent time playing games and winning or trying to win prizes. They weren't as lucky but won decent prizes due to 'Ivan's super luck' claims Mizi. They all sat down on a bench eating their corn dogs and funnel cakes and more snacks. "Mizi I have to pee" Sua said. "I can take you if you want I have to go as well." Ivan replied. Sua got up her bun shining in the moonlight. "Be back before the fireworks guys!" Ivan and Sua headed to the restrooms. "Are you gonna ask him out." She spoke, Ivan shrugged "I'm not sure" he replied.

~When they got back~

The fireworks hot delayed so Sua and Mizi left to go get more items. Ivan and Till sat in silence not looking at each other once. 'When is this bastard gonna talk..' he thought. 'Should I speak first..' the same kind of thought as Till. "I-" they both said. "You go first" "No you.." 'This is embarrassing' Till blushed. "So did you meet that girl.. from the letter." Till asked still looking down. Ivan scratched his neck, "Yea..I turned her down, but she understood." Ivan replied.

-FLASHBACK-

It was a warm breeze, the petals falling from the bug tree that stood behind the school building.

"I'm surprised you came." A soft voice spoke.  "I saw you said you'd be embarrassed. I'd feel bad if I didn't" a deeper voice replied. "So...You must have knowledge that I have feelings for you Ivan."  She spoke. Ivan nodded. "Mhm.." The brunette haired girl smiled. "Do you..remember my name.?" She asked her smile sweet. "N-Nybuo?" He tried guessing. She giggled, "Its Nybuko. It's pretty hard to understand so I don't blame you." She continued.

"I just wanted your response in person." She explained. Ivan looked down, "Nybuko.. I'm..I apologize but I can't accept your feelings." He responded. Her smile didn't fade. "I expected that honestly. I just couldn't help but have to hear it myself." She said laying her hand on her chest. "Theres someone you love.. isn't that true?" She continued. Her smile was so warm, he nodded. "Whoever it is.. They are lucky to have them in your heart" She explained. Ivan looked up at her in shock. She just kept smiling at him, that smile warmed his heart. He thanked her. "And Ivan.." She called out seeing him on his way to leave. "Treat him good." She requested.

He smiled. "Thank you Nybuko" his words and thoughts synced. While her words lied in his head.

-FLASHBACK OVER-

"She understood I had feelings for someone..special." He said his eyes glanced to Tills. Till nodded. " I'm sure she was pretty right?" He asked, Ivan nodded hesitantly "She had good features." He replied. Till bit his lip. "Ivan.. I'm sorry for what I said." He apologized looking at his friend in the eyes. Ivan smiled, that same vampire like fang popping out. "All good!" And he hugged his best friend. Both of them blushing but happy. Mizisua came back both blushing. They sat down and all talked like regular friends they were. 'BOOM!' Bright colors lit the deep dark sky. Catching their attention.

But only one thing caught his attention. 'Till.'
