The announcement of their arrival in the Academy will happen at weekend, and she still have two days left. Inaanunsyo ng Akademya ang mga nakapasa, ngunit binibigyan muna ang mga nakapasa ng pagkakataon upang makabalik sa kanilang pamilya at inaasahang bumalik lamang sa Akademya sa lalong madaling panahon. Might as well make those free days memorable by going home to be with her mom.

She's really excited to see her mom, kaya naman halos magkandaugaga na siya pabalik sa Peakbrook. Nawala na lamang na parang bula ang Archduke sa kaniyang tabi habang pauwi, hindi na rin niya ito hinanap. He's probably somewhere in the tracks to the Castle now, so she made her way to Peakbrook by concealing herself in the woods. She wants to surprise her mom, she's really excited.

After a very long time, she'll meet her again. After two long years, it was so long, she longed for her mom that long. Her peace, her serenity, the reason why she's striving, her mom. The place she was longing looks so different--WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO HER HOME? It looks rotten, haunted, abandoned. What happened-- and where is her mom? Is she safe?

What the fuck is happening?

She almost dropped everything but she managed to bring her accounts with her as she sprinted to her home. Her heart was palpitating loud, halos hindi niya na marinig ang tunog ng paligid. Tanging ang paghinga niya na lamang at ang pintig ng kaniyang puso. For the first time in her life, she felt a massive fear she haven't experienced before. It's scarier than her experience at the Academy, with Talfen and with Runcho. The fear she had that moment cannot be compared to the fear when she was tortured.

Is her mom safe?

"MA!" Umalingawngaw ang kaniyang tinig sa kagubatan. At ganoon niya na lamang nabawi ang kaniyang hininga nang umilaw ang loob ng bahay. "M—Ma? Ano po'ng nangyayari?"

Hindi na siya nag-aksaya ng panahon. Pinasok niya ang luma nilang bahay, sira na rin ang pinto at isang sipa niya lamang ay natumba ito sa loob.

"Ma?"

She stopped... momentarily. She looked around, and her eyes darted to the woman holding a candle looking exhausted and depressed. OH MY DEAR GOD, WHAT HAPPENED TO HER MOM? She doesn't look like her Mom at all, the beautiful human-elf who raised her and the woman infront of her is far different--when it comes to features. But she's sure, that woman is Almira, she's hundred thousand percent sure.

Her eyes dilated, and she immediately cried after seeing her mom alive. Humakbang siya palapit upang yakapin ito, ngunit nanatili lamang ito sa pwesto nito. Pinagmasdan siya mula ulo hanggang paa, pagkatapos ay nangunot ang noo.
