As I walk into my 3rd period class I look around for familiar faces but unfortunately no body catches my eye. This was a whole new semester. The beginning of a new experience. So I thought to myself. I had to make the best of grade 10 chemistry but didn't think of many ways to do that.
I sit next to what looks like a sports fanatic and scope out his shaggy blonde hair. The basket ball shorts and Nike shoes really gave away the clue he enjoyed basket ball.
"I'm Kevin", he says smirkingly, "and who are you?"
"I'm rosa", I reply back hesitantly.
We look at each other for a few brief seconds with wandering eyes.
"I've never seen you around here", he says almost as he waiting for my answer.
"Well I'm not one to bring much attention to my self, perhaps that's why" I say hoping the conversation might change.
I can tell he has a very short attention span considering he is already talking to another girl before I can even change the subject.
As I start to get my books in order and sharpen my pencil, I look at the door and a tall boy with dark brown and chocolate brown eyes walks in. The only person in the entire room that caught my eye. I immediately look around to see if anyone caught me staring and luckily no one did.
As the teacher calls us to quickly sit down, I flip my dirty blonde hair and adjust my self. Fortunately the boy who caught my eye took the seat in front of me.
As I keep my cool, I continuously think about his name. I know it. I know it.
While I'm in a dayse thinking about it, Kevin turns back around and starts freaking- I seriously question my choice of my spot now, he seems a bit well strange-
"Yoooo Seth" Kevin screams so the teacher is forced to shush him.
The boy that I did not know the name of, until now, turns around smiling.
SETH
THATS HIS NAME
"How's it going man", Kevin got the hint and starts to whisper.
As Seth starts to speak, I look up and we make eye contact. As Kevin and i are waiting for an answer, he blurts out
"Hey I'm Seth, what's your name?"
