I turn off my alarm. Its 05:27am. Definitely too early for me. ,,ugh i hate mornings.'' But I get up anyway, and get dressed. Its pretty cold so I'm wearing jeans, a long sleeve-shirt and over that my hoodie-Jacket.
I go downstairs, seeing my mom already made my lunch for school. ,,ah, thanks!'' i greet her.
,,no worries hun, but you need to hurry a bit. You'll be late for school'' ,,yeah yeahh dont worry''
i pack my school bag and quickly go back upstairs to make my make up. Im running down stairs now. ,,thanks mom! Byee see you after school!'' It was currently 06:35am. It'll take only 4 minutes to get to the bus station i completely forgot. I take a deep breath breath and start walking quite calm.

I finally arrive at my school. Its old and looks almost like a creepy old castle in the morning.
definitely sending me shivers down my spine sometimes. But whatever, atleast i'll see my best friend ruby!
I start walking into the school while other kids are kind of pushing me around. So annoying, I hate school. I arrive in our class gladly we have english for the first 2 hours.
,,Hey Leila! Come sit next to me! mrs. Johnson allowed us to sit next to eachother!'' ,,really?! Yass!'' We sit down.
Mrs. Johnson: ,,good morning class!''
Everybody said ,,Good morning Mrs. Johnson.'' Very sleepy back.
,,So! I will see if everyone did their homework!''
After class, I stay a bit longer to clean the classroom. I just got done cleaning the blackboard when i heard a *tap tap* on the glass. I quickly turn around. „What the.." Was that someone with Orange hair or something at the window? I didnt see much of it but it didnt look normal at all.
I quickly finish my work and run out. The whole time I felt I was watched...
While walking home, I still feel like there's someone behind me.. I keep turning around but I never see anybody. I live in a small town full of strange people so I wasn't that worried but I still tried my best to get home quickly.
I get inside and make shure the door is locked. „I'm hoooomee!!" I yell but nobody answers.
I know I'm home alone. I just wanted to make shure that IF someone was following me, they think I'm not.
I go upstairs to my room and start doing my homework. I must have fallen asleep tho because the next thing I remember is my Mom trying to wake me up while I was laying on the floor.
„What? What happened..?" I say in a sleepy voice. „oh you were asleep! I thought something happened.. dinners ready!"
,,ough..'' i groan as i walk in the kitchen. I must have kind of a headache..
But. Ouu! Hehe Spaghetti Bolognese!
,,Mhhh thanks mom! But where is dad? Is he still working?''
,,oh. Yeah he is. He needs to work a bit more now. The money budget is getting a little tight.
He for sure is also sad that he cant spend more time with us.''

Tho i am quite sad that i dont see my dad that much anymore, only in the morning but im also thankful that he is working so hard for us.
Suddenly i think about what i saw in school again..
,,mom? I.. saw something weird outside in class while cleaning. And it's kind of creeping me out because it looked so strange like.. i dont know how to describe but that person also tapped on the window..''
i look down at my left food on the plate and lose my appetite. Ueghh its creeping me off so hard.
,,hun i think school is making you get a little tired and i dont think it was real you probably just imagined it.
I'll clean up the table now alright? If we're done eating you can go do something for yourself.''
,,mhm. Sure'' *as i stand up i feel like someone is watching me again. I harshly look around.
No one there. Hm.. mom is probably right.. i am just imagining things..
I put on my boots and Jacket and go outside. It's about 6 Degrees so I'm kinda freezing.. luckily I brought my headphones 🎧 which at least keep my ears warm. I put on some Music and start walking my usual going-on-a-walk-way.
Its pretty relaxing to be honest but I still keep feeling watched. I continue walking anyway..
At one point, I'm walking along the forest when I hear a loud *CRACK* next to me. I jumped, because I heard it loud and clear through my noise-cancelling headphones.
I turn around and...
for only a split second, I could've sworn I saw a man... he had a Pumkin on his head, and it looked like the pumkin even had a face..? I didnt move a single muscle.. I just stood there in shock.
The Pumpkin-man also didnt do anything. We stood there. Both. For about 2 minutes. Then I could finally move again. I slowly turned around and started running. But my scarf got tangled in a branch and fell down. I kept running anyways. Fuck that scarf.
When I finally arrived at home, I was completely out of breath. The guy didnt follow me tho..
Quick just fall asleep and forget all those things.
I lock the door and close all the open windows. I run upstairs to my room and fall on my
Bed.
I wanna fall asleep but i cant think of what just happened.. am i hallucinating now?. Am i getting crazy? Or is this all real?
Ugh i really hope it isnt...
why did he have that kind of pumpkin mask on his head?..

I could even remember his clothes tho. He had a white shirt on with his sleeves turned up and he wore dark jeans.
Wait.. could it be, that he was the one knocking on the window after class.? Why would he follow me?

I quickly jump out of my bed which makes my eye sight darken a little for a few seconds. ,,Fuck! I need to hurry'' i quickly put on some baggy clothes and a jacket because it getting pretty cold now in autumn.. oh tomorrow is Halloween. ,,I hate halloween ugh''
When i arrive at the bus station where the bus already was here i quickly jump in and take a few seconds to catch my breath. I sit down next to the window. I put on my headphones as the bus starts driving.
THERE! THERE! A man in the woods! But.. ,,its too foggy to see him..'' i squint my eyes a little but the bus starts speeding up now. I sigh
At school, I tell my bestie Ruby what happened to me yesterday and she first didnt believe me.. I think she still doesn't.
The whole day at school nothing really crazy happened. But that changed when I walked home. I was already completely paranoid and jumped EVERYTIME i heard a sound behind me. I think I was actually going crazy... also, it was one day before Halloween. I personally hate Halloween. For me, there's just no point in it you know? Like why do we make little kids dress up as Vampires and Zombies and then they can run around and beg people for candy? Hell no?!
But i gotta help my family decorate later..
I was completely lost in my mind and I went the wrong way.. damn it! Now I'm lost somwehre in the woods. I turn around and try to follow the way I came here back to the actual path. After about 5 Minutes of walking, i finally reach it. "Fuck! I'm gonna be late!!"
