Entering the bulding, Lahela was more nervous you could imagine. Not because they were chance that they would not cast her, but how people are going to think about her.
You need to relax, it's just a meeting
'' Hi, your name is Lahela Sheilds ?'' a tall woman, wearing some fancy clothes said
''Huh yes that's me'' the girl respond smiling nervously
'' Come with me, the meeting room is over there''
'' Hello Lahela, my name is Jonathan E. Steinberg. So first, we loved your audition. We already known that you stopped acting for a while, but you still the the amazing abilities to perfom on screens.
''Thank you''
'' So, we reached for you to come here to annonce you someting. You auditionned for a secret role, that yourself you didn't know for what you were auditionning, right ?''
'' Yes, my manager just said that i could try''
''Okay so with Rick Riordan and my crew, we were planning a project since the debut of year about adding a character to our series called Percy Jackson and the Olympians season 2. We also asked your mom if you even know Percy Jackson at all, and she said yes plus that you watched already the season 1 ''
Pause. Percy jackson? New character ?
''The new character is called Myra Laurier, the daughter of Artemis, Goddess of the nature. She will be a lost demi-god , that Percy and Annabeth will find during their quest.''
'' We want to annonce you that we want you be Myra Laurier, you all have what we searched for this amazing character'' another man said sitting beside Jonathan
Lahela was to shocked to even respond at first. First she didn't belive that she got easily a role in a success serie on Disney+. Second, that she will have a brand new character. Just few seconds after, her sister, Elena Sheilds,entered the room to surprise her.
''You got a role !!'' Her sister said hugging her tightly
Everything was so fast, the she didn't even know that people were filming her since the start of the meeting to record her reaction.
''Thank you everone, im still shocked, i mean i was so nervous and also tonight the Disney Up Front,still i can't just believe it . I will really work hard for the second season. Thank you again !'' Lahela said finish her speech
'' Just to tell you that tonight you will meet the cast. The little surprise that they don't know that there is going to be a new character so we will meet up again later'' Mr Steinberg said
wow, didn't think my new york trip will turn like this..
