Chapter 1

Y/n's POV

It was a cool, fall afternoon. The path was full of scattered leaves that left a crunch after stepping on them. The tree branches whooshed against the wind that had caught itself in them.

I was walking through a park, my favourite place in the whole city. It was quiet and no one was there to bother me. Being with people all the time around me was pretty exhausting, so this was a good way to let my mind rest after a whole day full of annoying kids at school, especially Chifuyu Matsuno.

Oh, how that boy annoyed me with his through the roof ego. Its not that I knew him well enough to know why he was like that, but he just annoyed me. His voice was loud and obnoxious, especially loud when he talked to some guy from another class, I think it was...Baji Kenke, Keriuse...no, Keisuke. I'm sure. He followed him like a damn puppy. I didnt understand why, it was stupid but whatever. I came to the park to enjoy the peace and not think about that yellow head.

I smacked my hands ontop of my cheeks and sighed, putting my earphones in and turning on some music on my MP3. Oh, how i loved music.

I just walked and walked, silently humming the music to myself.

I finally sat down on a bench, watching a squirrel climb up a tree.
It would so cool if I could do that, but without hurting myself like last time when I tried but slid down, ending in cuts all over my palms and the worst was on my stomach, that hurt pretty bad. I still have the cut but its close to fully healed.

Suddenly I heard a message pop up on my phone.

I took my flip phone out of my pocket and checked it. Oh. My bestfriend, Chiha.

Chiha:

Girlie, wanna
hang out? I'm
booredd...

Y/n:

Yeah, i'm out in
the park
the usual
Want me to come
over? :P

Chiha:

Okie! Be quick.

Y/n:

Yeah
Always am
See ya!

I closed my phone and got up, stretching my arms. A small huff left my lips as a small smile formed.

I started heading to Chiha's place. I could hear the loud engines of a few motorbikes driving by so I stepped back and they rode right past me. Holy shit. I nearly got hit. Wow, that rhymed.

Unexpectedly a guy stopped and looked back at me with a malicious smirk, his nose in a bandage. Oh damn. That's the guy I beat up after I saw him hurting some girl. It was pretty recent actually.

I took my earphones out and shoved them in my jackets pocket.

"Oi! I found the bitch that broke my nose!" The guy shout out to the rest and they stopped on their bikes.

The uniforms. Valhalla, a gang known for their brutality.

I could fight but how the hell was I gonna fight around 10 grown ass guys?! They were at least one and a half of my size. So, I picked the easier choice.
