Otome Dori : Patricide

Kazuki made up his mind for the last time, unable to take it anymore, he filed for divorce from his wife Otome. Using the final dvd, along with his testimony he is granted a no contest divorce on the grounds of infidelity. He returns home, with the document in hand. Entering his house, he places the document on the table, grabbing the bag he had placed within the hall closet, he leaves the house, slightly slamming the door on the way out. Otome wakes up, placing her eight year old daughter against the wall, getting up to see what the commotion is about. She walks into the kitchen, picking up the manila envelope she allows a handwritten note, and the divorce document to fall free. Picking up the letter, she begins to read

Otome,

I am no longer able to tolerate being here. I am sorry for what happened to you, however I can no longer be a part of this. You made me love a child who was not my own, and now my heart is broken beyond repair just like you are. Please give Megumi up for adoption before you make her like you. I wish you well, and I am sorry for the pain my sister caused you. Enclosed are the divorce papers, along with a notice for the sale of my house. You have thirty days to find somewhere before the new owners take possession. I have also canceled everything in my name by the end of the month. If you do the wise thing and give up your daughter into foster care, my lawyer will see to it that you receive both shares of the house sale. By this time Otome breaks down, as her entire life flashes before her eyes she realizes that she has lost the one thing connecting her to her previous life. Her daughter, hearing her crying, enters the room and asks, "Mommy, what's wrong? Why are you crying?" Otome just sobs harder before quietly explaining to her daughter, "Your father found out about a mistake mommy made, one that is unforgivable. He has left us, to find another life without a sinful woman like me. Do you remember Uncle Tommy? Well he is actually your father, not Kazuki. Her daughter looked at her in disgust before saying, "That smelly old man is my father? You cheated on dad with some old pervert, and now he has left us? Way to go, mom. Seems like you traded down. I want my daddy." At these words Megumi grabs her mothers phone, and runs into the other room frantically calling her father. He doesn't pick up the first few times, but finally his voice comes over the phone, "What do you want Otome, i've said all I needed within my letter. Megumi screams into the phone, "Daddy, don't leave me here by myself, please come and get me. Even if you throw her away, don't throw me away daddy, I've done nothing wrong." Kazuki is in tears as he listens to his daughter who is not his daughter cry into the phone. He hears Otome banging on the door, as he flips the car around. "Don't worry sweetie, I'm on my way. Please stop crying, we will talk when I get there. Open up the door for your mom and just wait for me." He disconnects the call, as he makes his way to his former residence. His daughter is waiting outside for him, and flings herself into his arms. "Papa, please take me with you. I don't want to end up like her. I heard the old guys talking and they said I'm almost old enough to join mommy. I don't want to be like that, Papa. Filled with righteous fury he stomps up the stairs, still holding his beautiful daughter. Opening the front door he is confronted by his ex wife sitting on the couch crying. "Were you planning on giving them our daughter next? According to her, she overheard them talking. We are changing the deal right now. You are going to allow me to take Megumi and raise her as my own. If you dont i will go to every newspaper, every police station I can find until my daughter is safe from you. I get that something is broken within you, but our daughter is still pure. Do the correct thing and allow me to take her before you sully her innocence." Otome cries harder as her childhood friend scolds her. "Kazu, i'm sorry for what I have become. Please take her until I can sort out these feelings inside of me. How did you know your sister was responsible for this? He grimaced and told her, "She told me what those shitty old men did to her, as she was raping me while I was tied to the bed. She bragged that she gave them you in her place. I thought after Megumi was born you had changed. I will contact you when we get to where we are going. I want you to think real hard about what you want in life, we are going somewhere those old men will never find Megumi. If for some reason you get tired of this broken life and somehow fix yourself, me and your daughter will be waiting. At these words he turns to leave, carrying his daughter by a dirty old man, and the highschool girl he raped into a mindless beast.
