Birthday-Part 7

-{Next Saturday}-

I wake up to see that the time is 10:04 am. I get up with a smile on my face Because today is my birthday. I check my phone to see like one hundred text messages from people saying happy birthday. I see my dog wagging her tail with a note attached to her back. {A/N- sorry I haven't mentioned the dog in a while. Her name is Cookie.} I take the note and it reads -Hey Sweetheart Happy Birthday come straight downstairs when you wake up-. I run downstairs to see my mom making me breakfast. "Happy Birthday hun!!!" My mom says while pulling me into a huge hug. "My baby is so big, already 18!" she says while grinning ear to ear. "Mom oh my gosh stop". She grabs me by the hand and starts leading me out the front door. "Mom what are you doing?" i question. "Just relax you will see" she responds. She drags me outside and my mouth hangs open with what's in front of me. "Suprise!!!" my mom yells. It was a car. It was a red Mercades benz.  Also it was a convertible something that I have always wanted. "OMG MOM!!!!!!!!!" I say screaming and running into her arms. "I am so glad you are happy!! When you are done checking it out come and eat so I can take pictures and hit the road" my mom says while tossing me the keys. The only thing that I am upset about is my mom has to leave today out of town for work.

I decide to take it for a spin later. I go inside and eat the delicious breakfast my mom made for me. As I am eating I get a text Mel.

Mel~Happy Birthday!! Get dressed I'm taking you out to shop so also bring money.:)

Vanessa~ Thx bae for the Happy B-day and ok :D

Mel~I am going to pick you up at 11:30.

As I finish my up my food I go outside to se my mom putting her suitcase in her car. Mel pulls in the driveway and her jaw is dropped as she gets out her car. She greets my mom. She starts to tear up and tells me I'm getting to old. My mom comes and kisses me goodbye and she leaves. I almost cry because she has to leave on my 18th birthday. I go do everything I usually do take a shower and things like that. I wear black high waisted shorts with silver buttons, a bubblegum pink shirt that has cursive silver letters thats say ~PROBLEM?~, and some all pink vans. I put on pink and silver eyeshadow with some mascara and some new lip gloss. I take a selfie with Mel, of myself, and my car. I post all the pictures on Instagram tagging Mel in them. I grab my purse and my keys and we jump in my new car. It has a tv GPS thingy which is so awesome. "Holy fucking shit" Mel and I say in unison. We go to a hair salon and I dye my hair a shade darker which I was scared but it's my birthday so I wanted to try something new and Mel gets a couple highlights. We afterwards go to a nail salon and I paint my nails purple.
We decide to go to one of the best malls to go shopping. We go into JCPenny's looking at the variety of clothes. We stop to look at the amazing bathing suit section. "Oh shit look at this one its yellow and its super sexy plus it totally goes with your skintone" Mel says while holding up a gorgeous bathing suit. It's like a bikini one piece looking thing. The suit is a pretty bright yellow with a rhinestone circle connecting the top and bottom piece. "You could really tease the guys with it" Mel says with a grin on her face. I look at the price and it's on sale for 25 bucks. "Fuck it" I say. I buy the swimsuit and leave the store. We go to a million other stores buying so many things that we needed to make 5 stops back to the car to put our things there. After buying like the whole mall I get super hungry. We go to to a new place Cameron took me to called Al Paco which was bomb as fuck so I decided to bring Mel.

When we finish eating I check the time to see that it's 2:47 pm. Mel gets a text and she starts acting all weird. "Is something wrong?" I ask. "No everything is fine" Mel responds. I ask her if it's a "pic" from Jc and she squeals no. "We should go to your place and hang out for a bit then we can go to Cam's place or something." Mel suggests. I agree so we get back to the car and I make my way home. I go inside the house and it is pitch black. The lights flicker on and a get startled as a ton of people pop out of random places yelling "SURPRISE!!". I see all the guys from O2L and also I see Cam, Nash, Gilinsky, and Johnson. I hug them all and I admire all the decorations and finger foods on the table and things like that. I see all the boys with swim trunks and I am guessing we are going to swim in my pool. After an hour of talking and and dancing we all decide to get in the pool. Mel gets her bathing suit from her car and I direct her to a bathroom. All the guys say they are going to wait for us to change. Before Mel enters the bathroom she whispers "Wear your new bathing suit". We both grin an I go upstairs searching for the bathing suit in one of the bags. Mel comes out wearing this cute black bathing suit. We walk downstairs together and Gilinsky says "Why can't I just fuck you right now ughhh." Mel laughs under her breath. As I take off my white see through cover Cam picks me up and throws me in the damn pool. He jumps in afterwards and we just sit there laughing. Jc throws Mel in the pool and the rest of the boys jump in at the same time almost killing me Cam, Mel, and Jc. We get out and all of us sit on the lounge chairs just chilling and drying off. Me and Mel tell the story about the time we skipped. I hear the doorbell ring and Mel goes to answer it. Mel comes out with some guy and I can't believe my big brown eyes. HOLY ACTUAL FUCK ITS SHAWN MENDES. I say that in my head being happy I don't say that shit out loud cuz that would've been embarrassing. I start fangirling hella hard that even some Spanish came out of me. I took some pictures with Shawn and I nudge Mel telling her that she was super crazy for inviting Shawn. Me and Mel go upstairs to change and we come back down to the boys singing happy birthday to me. No one really wanted cake so we all binged on Doritos and soda. Shawn asks where the bathroom is and I tell him to go to my bathroom on the 3rd floor. My ass vibrates and I realize my phone is dieing. "Mel plug my phone upstairs to my charger please. She goes and is up there for awhile but she comes back down with Shawn. I think she has the feels for him but I don't want to say anything because I don't wanna ruin her an Jc's relationship.
