Next, they wandered over to the lion enclosure. The majestic lions were lounging in the sun, and Charlotte was in awe of their powerful presence. She imagined what it would be like to be as brave and strong as a lion.
Finally, they arrived at the elephant habitat. Charlotte's eyes lit up with joy as she watched the elephants playfully splashing water and using their trunks to reach for food. Michaela and Zeke joined in her excitement, and they spent a long time observing the gentle giants.
As the day came to an end, Charlotte, Michaela, and Zeke couldn't stop talking about all the amazing animals they had seen. Charlotte's favorite moment was definitely watching the elephants, and she knew this zoo trip would be a memory she would cherish forever.
