Finding Home Together

A heart, a wandering heart,
How far does it roam to find another part?

On paths unknown, it strays alone,
Longing for warmth it's never known.

Through twists of fate, it meets a soul,
Another heart, perhaps its goal.

Together they walk, lost as one,
Under the moon, under the sun. 

One step at a time, they walk the way,
In search of dawn after each day.

In time they see, a road appears,
Where love dispels their silent fears.

Along the road, they meet new friend,
Another heart, seeking each other to mend. 

Two wandering hearts now find their way,
With each other, they choose to stay.

Two Hearts, found there goals,
In peace now rests their souls.
