monae was currently chilling in her apartment, on her living room couch while watching shark tale as she scrolled through pinterest.
she had just gotten back from a hair appointment like an hour ago so all she wanted to do was chill, well, that wasn't until her twin brother came marching into her home.
"moe!" asadi yelled causing monae to slowly turn around and look at him as she rested her arms on the top of the couch "wassup moe" quan waved at the girl and she rolled her eyes.
"asadi, i'm taking my key away from yo dirt neck ass and hi quan" she spoke and quan laughed "never mind, i'm about to return this shit" asadi said as he snatched the brown paper bag off of the counter.
"wait no, what is it?" monae asked "a gun" he lied causing quan and monae to both suck their teeth "nigga you know damn well that's clothes" quan snitched.
once monae heard the word clothes she immediately got up and rushed over to her brother since it was obviously something for her in that bag.
"hm, i went thrifting today and seen some stuff that you might like" asadi said as he handed her the bag "thanks, sadi" she smiled, placing a kiss on the boys cheek causing him to groan.
"sticky ass lipgloss" he huffed as he grabbed a paper towel and wet it before wiping his face "you'll get over it" she said as she placed the bag in front of the couch and went through it.
"oh my gosh— you got me a carhartt jacket!"

"hi my gorgeous girl" khia said as she answered the phone causing monae to smile "hii" monae cheesed—she loved how everyone who came around her adored her, i guess it was because of her doll-like face and outstanding personality.
"where you going?" khia asked since she noticed that monae was in the car "im at fam's shop, i want another tattoo" monae announced as she grabbed her purse and threw it over her right shoulder as she held her phone in her left hand.
"ouu, show me when it's done" she said and monae laughed "okay, i'll call you when i get home" monae said and khia blew her a kiss "alright, love you and be safe" she said and monae returned the gesture.
"love you more and you too" monae said before hanging up and getting out the car—she then made her way inside of the small shop.
as soon as you step foot in the door you'll see a glass counter with different stickers, ashtrays, and collectibles—that's where taylor (quen blackwell) stayed, she was in charge of the front.
the walls were decorated with different posters and pictures of fambie and her friends/family, and she had zebra print couches that decorated the left side of the area which was the waiting area right along with a pink table which held a tattoo book and ashtray.
