Letters
Slew of pages, stacked messily,
isn't what it was supposed to be.
They were words from soul,
meant to convey whole,
what my lips couldn't utter,
Unsaid in my stutters.
Did you burn them down or tore them apart,
Like my feelings and my heart?
I hope you kept them, just to remind
how loved you were, by whom you left behind.
