"Come on, girls! Let's go!" Abby yells

"Let's go, let's go, let's go!" Abby says as we line up

"Starbound's national champions, congratulations. Give them a round of applause" Abby says

And the moms clap.

"Overall high score small group, beating Cathy. I am very proud" Abby says.

"Now, let me get to the pyramid. I'm gonna start at the bottom" Abby says.

"Paige... you're injured. You're there because you didn't dance. There's nothing really judge you on" Abby says.

"Next, Maddie. I asked you to do a solo, you said no. People don't tell me no. That was an opportunity you missed"

"Next.. Chloe. You got third. The next time we come up against that kid, I want you to make mincemeat out of him. Do you understand that?" Abby says.

Chloe nods

"Next, Brooke. Brooke, we didn't get the bonnet till the last minute. Your job was to get that bonnet, put it on Maddie head, and tie it"

"That was a crucial part of the routine. And you did it" Abby says

"Next, Mackenzie. Not only did you beat a boy, you beat two boys. But you got second" Abby says

"And on top of the pyramid again,  is Nia. Nia, doesn't have to do with the dancing, and the performance. It has to do with all the stuff that goes into it"

I hug Nia

Nia

Kenzie        Brooke

Chloe       Maddie      Paige

The pyramid:

Aww I'm not on the pyramid still.

"Abby, Kendall and Hazel deserves to be on that pyramid" mom says.

"Okay, first of all, you have to understand. Kendall and Hazel is here because she is replacing Paige. The minute Paige, is ready to dance, they're out of here" Abby says

WHAT!

"Well could've told me that three weeks ago, before we started" Mom says.

"Why?" Abby says

"They win every number you put her in, but she's not on the team. I don't know what else to do, honey, I'm sorry. Because I would not have put you guys through this" Mom says.

I started crying.

Kendall was crying.

"Putting her through what?! She just went to a competition and won a duet! She learned something, she was fabulous!" Abby says

"She's a winner. But you still won't put her on the team" Mom says.

"The "team" part, that's about commitment. And your mother's always ready to jump ship, just like she was just now. Understood?" Abby says

Kendall and I nod.

"I'm gonna tell everybody in this room, right now: I don't want any altercations, I don't want tears, I don't want screaming, yelling. This is a very big week. We are doing the 2012 Abby Lee Dance Company concert. It is not a competition. But it is equally important" Abby says

"We're going to be doing a routine. The routine is called "Light My Fire" and it's hip-hop" Abby says.

I don't really like hip-hop I'm more of a Jazz person but I can do Hip-Hop pretty well.
