Aranyani is the goddess of forests and the wild animals, she herself is the guardian of the Kalpavriksha, the wish-granting tree. She was married to Sindura, the son of lord Brahma and the god that bestows purity to a women in form of Sindur, and in mer future, Aranyani gave birth to a boy who had milky brown skin like her unlike his father who was born with a reddish body, their baby had beautiful dark brown orbs, curly haired and was wrapped in a green silk cloth, that seemed to have make him look like a goddess.

He grew within the care of his mother, as his father misutilised his powers therefore he was executed out of Devloka, but nothing stopped them from having a beautiful family inside the mer forest.

Aranyani and Sindur named their son Mayank a beautiful name that suited him, as he grew older he loved being in the forest with his own family, he loved how the swans swim across the small lake's and how the beautifully coloured fishes used to jump inside the pond itself.

Mayank was usually dressed in something that is green and a beautiful gold hip chain around his feminine waist, a small gold earring always dangling in his ear, a small gold anklet in his feet which echoed through the forest as he walk and run and any kind of flower will always be tucked in his ears sometimes it might be a lotus or a rose or anyother small flower that was available in the forest expect for the white lilies which he barely liked.

Mayank was only ten when he got to know that he himself might have some powers within him just like his mother, cause he have seen her treating animals and tree's when they are wounded. As he grew older and older, the loneliness started to kick in and he felt alone in the bare forest.

He even spoke to his mother about it sometimes but his mother was cautious when it comes to her only son.
