"Please don't leave me all alone."

Valentina continued to beg, the voice saying one last thing before it left her alone too.

"You were born to be alone."

And with that she was truly alone in that space until Sofia pulled her out of it.

"What did you see, Val?"

Sofia asked her as she helped her off the floor, Jen wasn't in the mood for this but Sofia didn't care.

"Nothing."

Valentina answered, this was the truth, not that Sofia believed her when she said this.

"I saw nothing. Endless nothingness."

Valentina further said, Sofia's expression softening as she said that squeezing Valentina's hand.

"I was born to be alone."

Valentina repeated what was said to her, the phrase seeming to catch Agatha attention but it didn't matter, Jen yelled at them.

"We don't have time for this. Both of you! We need a strand of each of your hairs."

Jen yelled at them, Valentina, Sofia and Agatha pulling out a strand of each of there hairs.

"There was no need to be rude."

Sofia told the woman as the all went to put the hairs In getting told to wait by the woman.

"Now."

Jen finally said everyone putting their hair in, Jen was being extremely bossy but then again this was her area of expertise.

"Stop stirring."

Jen told the who very promptly stopped stirring, Valentina was still a little freaked out by her nightmare thing, she did not like being alone.

"Okay."

Alice said bringing Valentina back out of her thoughts, before Jen spoke up again.

"We need to clasp hands and clear your minds. Once our intentions are aligned, it will glow bright cerulean."

Jen told the group, Valentina immediately knowing what colour they were hoping for, colours and art were kind of her thing. Nicky was good at singing she was good at painting, they had planned to paint a backdrop for Nicholas's next performance but that never happened.

"Yeah. What're our intentions again?"

Valentina and her mother asked at the same time, as they tried to clear their minds, it was proving difficult for Valentina whose mind kept recalling memories of her brother.

"To not die."

Jen bluntly told the pair, Valentina shrugged her shoulders, maybe she'd get to be with her brother again if she did.

"Now is not the time."

Alice yelled at Valentina who rolled her eyes before trying to push everything out of her mind.

"I get cerulean and chartreuse confused. Is cerulean the green one?"

Alice asked, Valentina opening her eyes to see that the potion was very much chartreuse, they didn't want it to be that colour.

"No cerulean is the fucking blue one. What did you forget?"

Valentina told Alice before shifting her attention to jen who seemed quite panicked by this revelation.

"It's a blue green, maybe like a teal?"

Teen said trying to make them feel better it very much wasn't working.
