Eliana had found herself staying at Steph's house again last night,so she and Maxine had been given a lift to school meaning they had no real excuse to not turn up to Grantly Budgen's class.However,the two girls had decided that listening to Grantly scream at everyone wasn't how they wanted to spend their morning,so the two of them were sat in a toilet cubicle to avoid the lesson.
Eliana was leant against the wall,while Maxine was sat on the windowsill above the toilet as the two spoke.
"You know,I reckon we need to find you a boyfriend" Maxine stated earning a scoff from her friend.
"Right." Eliana rolled her eyes "Just 'cause you're going out with Seddon,Chlo's got Donte and Mika's dating Brett,it don't mean I want a boyfriend."
"Please,It'd be so fun.I could-"
Maxine was cut off by her best friend again "You're not setting me up with one of your boyfriend's dodgy mates,Max"
Max sighed and rolled her eyes before she seemed to remember something and smirked."What about that lad who moved next door to you that you've been with all summer?Chorlton or whatever?"
"Bolton?" Eliana questioned through her laughter "Max,no. That'd be like super gross.He's like a brother or something."
Max sighed again before throwing her arms up in defeat "Fine!"
Eliana smirked at her friend's annoyance before they changed the conversation and talked through the rest of their lesson.
"Max.Liana." The two looked at eachother once they heard Steph's voice outside the door.Max clamped her hand over her friend's mouth, knowing that Eliana found it impossible not to laugh if Steph used her teaching voice on them,since she usually treated the girls as her own daughters.
"Girls!" Steph got louder "Open this door,or so help me God,I will kick the flaming door down!"
Max moved her hand to open the door,and both girls put on fake innocent expressions.
"Eli was being-"
"Cooler.Now."

Eliana and Maxine sat in the cooler,Eliana drawing some kind of pattern on Max's arm when Steph walked in,an unfamiliar girl following behind her.
The new girl took a seat far away from the other two,and Steph began to shout at her.
"I don't care what Mr Budgen did,your actions are inexcusable!"
"Doubt it." Max muttered under her breath.
"Twat." Eliana nodded in agreement,neither of them particularly liking the old teacher.
"Girls.It is the first day back" Steph glared at her unbiological daughters "You both need better behaviour for the rest of the day,or we won't be getting a takeaway later!"
"Steph!" The two girls protested in unison.
"Quiet." Steph warned before turning back to the other girl. "Karla,you're actions were inexcusable"
Eliana muttered something about her already saying that but luckily Steph didn't hear her as she was busy arguing with the girl she'd learnt was called Karla.
"I don't remember." Karla claimed
"Well here's a reminder.You damn near broke his nose!"
"He provoked me!" Karla defended herself
"Oh I see,so if I provoke you,you're gonna lamp me are you?"
"Yes!"
"No you bleeding won't!" Eliana protested at the same time as Steph complained that she didn't get paid enough for this and stormed out the room.
A minute later,Davina came in and told the girls to leave so she could talk to Karla.
