"Plane to Paris is boarding now, plane to Paris is boarding now." The intercom squeaks. I throw myself out of my seat, and run to the boarding line.

Airports. A kid's best dream, and worst nightmare. I may not be a kid, unless you consider a college student a kid, then yeah, I'm a kid. You can find some pretty...interesting people here. From secret drug smugglers, to a newlywed couple hyped for their week-in-paradise honeymoon.

I stand in the line with my ticket ready for scanning. A few more people get scanned, and I get to the front of the line. "Ticket." The lady at the scanner says to me. I hand her my ticket, and she scans it. "Next." She says, handing me my ticket back.

I leave, and enter the cool hallway...aka the next line of people trying to get into the plane to find their seats!!

I open my phone, and my screen shows 3 texts. After my phone unlocks, the texts show on the dashboard.

"Hey, Honey!! Have a super fun time in Paris! Do something that Mom and Dad will be proud of, we payed for this!!!! Kisses, Mom, Dad, and Ruf, Ruf, Buddy!"

Parents send the most interesting texts...
"Hey, Pey. Just wanted to wish you safe travels. I wish I could go with you, but I couldn't get a ticket in time. I love you, call me when you get off the flight! Love youuuu!"

That was my boyfriend, Troye. He probably couldn't care less about my trip, but he kinda has to act like he does so I feel wanted. Troye is most likely playing video games with his 'group'. He is the most popular guy, and I just so happen to be the most popular girl.

"Peyton... I need to tell you something. Call me when you get off the flight. Don't be mad."

And that was also Troye. This can't be good. But, I can't let Troye's text invade my thoughts on this trip! It's probably nothing too bad, right? I enter the plane and find a window seat. I love window seats, they let me see the world that I live in.

Tons of other people sit in other seats, but I am still seated alone. Everyone looks so different, that's the scary thing. They could be secret hijackers.

I unlock my phone again, and open Troye's texts.

"What's up? I'm on the plane right now waiting for everyone to be seated. Is there something going on?" I text.

He almost immediately starts texting back.

"I need to tell you something, but I don't want you to be mad at me."

What does that mean? What could've happened?

"Seriously text me, the planes wifi doesn't turn on till 30 mins into the flight. Please hurry and tell me before I loose connection!"

Okay that was a lie. I have the newest iPhone, I get connection everywhere, and the plane wifi is always on.

"Well... I have another girlfriend... In fact... I'm married..."

"Seriously? Is this a joke? Troye f'ing Peters this better be a joke!"

"Peyton, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean for it to be like this. I know we're only college students, and I know that we have been together since the 8th grade, and I know that you have trusted me since we have met. And I didn't mean for it to be like this. I truly love you, and I want to divorce her for you, Peyton. Maybe when you get back, you can become Peyton Peters?"

He always has his way of making things better.

"Troye!!! Do you expect me to marry you while you are still married? For all I know, your little wife could be 30 years old! You better have a good explanation for this, or were over!!!"

I can't believe that he's married. All this time I thought we were perfect. Maybe not...

"Okay. I have an explanation."

Meanwhile, the plane starts taking off. My ears pop and I smile and look out the window. I look to my right, and see a woman sitting next to me. I gaze down at her hand, and see a pretty wedding ring planted into her finger. I sigh and look back onto my phone.

"My explanation is: I was alone. You went on a cruise without me, and I was really bored. I missed you, and I needed someone to fill a romantic place in my life until you got back. When you got back, I was fully faithful to you, but she would not leave me alone. She couldn't let me out of her life. I had to be with her or else she would hurt me. I was with her for so long, but I never payed attention to her. I was 100% with you this whole time. She told me that if I married her, she would pay me a lot of money. So I did, and I saved that money in my bank account in case you wanted to get a house with me one day. I have $500,000 in my bank account, which is perfect for our dream home. Please forgive me, I'm trying to get divorce papers right now."

Wow. I feel so bad for him.

"I'm sorry I wasn't there for you during my vacations. You should've told me earlier. I want to enjoy some of the sky scenery, so I'll text you later. I love you."

Let's be honest here, I am mad about him cheating on me, but how can I be mad with that explanation?

"Excuse me? I just wanted to say that I am Eleanor, and I hope you don't mind me sitting next to you. I noticed that you are texting someone named 'Troye' with like 10 heart emoticons?"

"Oh yeah, it's okay! Yes, I am texting a boy named Troye. He's my boyfriend!" I reply.

"Oh wow! I'm married to a boy named Troye as well, and it's spelled the same way!"

My mouth drops. Of course it can't be the same Troye that I'm dating...right?

"Oh cool. Where are you guys living?" I ask.

"Right by Raymond College for Teaching and Learning! What about you?" She says.

This has to be the girl. And wow, she's pretty.

"Thats where me and my boyfriend go to school."

"Really? That's where my husband goes as well."
