Allyn is a long brunette-haired girl who just got off work around 2 a.m. from her work shift. She texted her wife that she's coming home, knowing that her wife is already asleep at this time.
She drove home in complete silence. Upon arriving, she walked in and locked the doors before taking off her shoes to wear her favourite slippers (that her wife had brought her three months ago). She excitedly walked to their room to see her beautiful wife.
As she arrived, the sight of her wife sleeping peacefully greeted her, making her chuckle lightly. She sat on the edge of the bed and reached out her hand to touch her wife's cheek, caressing it afterwards.
"So beautiful..." Allyn whispered underneath her breath and leaned forward to give Skylar, her wife, a kiss on her forehead.
The kiss made Skylar move a little, causing Allyn to chuckle before pecking Skylar's lips. "Goodnight and sleep well, my love.".
Allyn went back to the living room and decided to watch her favourite movie to kill the time, knowing that she wasn't that sleepy yet.
Minutes passed, and heavy rain with lightning started pouring outside, causing the power to go out. Allyn groaned and turned on her flashlight on her phone.
"AHHHHHH!!".
"Skylar???!!". Allyn immediately stood up and ran towards their room, just to see Skylar shaking uncontrollably as she covered her ears as her knees were on her chest.
"Love." Allyn sat beside Skylar and immediately engulfed her in a warm and tight hug.
"I'm s-scared, Ally," Skylar mumbled as her tears ran down to her cheeks, hugging Allyn back tightly as if her life depended on it.
"Shhh. It's okay; I'm here now," Allyn said, kissing Skylar's head.
Skylar calmed down a little under Allyn's touch.
They both slowly laid down with Skylar's head snuggled up against Allyn's neck, their bodies colliding with each other, making sure there was no space left between them.
The sound of thunderbolts caused Skylar to jerk a little under Allyn's arms.
Allyn started caressing her wife's back, rubbing circles using her fingertips as her wife calmed down slowly. "Calm down, love.".
Skylar calmed down as the rain started going away, making Allyn sigh in relief. Skylar was too busy inhaling Allyn's intoxicating scent, causing her to bury her face on her wife's neck, her lips slightly brushing against her wife's sensitive skin.
As Allyn felt her wife's lips, she shuddered and shut her eyes. Her grip on Skylar's waist tightened.
"Thank you for the comfort, darling," Skylar said, kissing Allyn's neck.
Allyn, on the other hand, shuddered again as she bit her lip. "You're welcome, love.".
The two looked at each other, their eyes glistening with love, affection, and adoration. Both slowly leaned in until their lips finally touched; their eyes slowly shut as they savoured their kiss, enjoying every moment as their lips synced perfectly in a soft yet passionate pace.
Both broke the kiss to take a break. Allyn chuckled and kissed Skylar's forehead, making her wife giggle.
"We should go to sleep," Allyn said, tucking herself and her wife in the warm blanket and receiving a hum in agreement from Skylar.
"We should. Goodnight, and I love you, baby," Skylar mumbled as she cuddled against Allyn.
"I love you too. Goodnight and sleep well, love," Allyn mumbled before closing her eyes and holding her wife close to her.
Both drifted to their dreamlands not so long after.
