It was the final rehearsal before the highly anticipated concert-*the* performance that would mark the pinnacle of Stray Kids, one of the most popular K-pop groups of the year. The air in the studio was electric, the members feeling the adrenaline as they practiced their most difficult choreography yet. But for Felix, the brightest and most energetic member of the group, there was a quiet storm brewing beneath his bright smile.

Felix had been dealing with back pain for months, a persistent ache that started as a minor discomfort and gradually became something harder to ignore. It was an injury he'd suffered a while ago, a strain he had tried to push through, thinking he could manage it. The rigorous schedules of a K-pop idol only added to the strain, but Felix didn't want to burden his bandmates or anyone else. He kept his discomfort hidden, masking it behind his perfect performances and his boundless enthusiasm.

During the intense rehearsal, everything felt fine at first. The music blared through the speakers, and the members executed the routine with flawless precision. But then came the jump-*the* signature move in their choreography. Felix had done it countless times before, but this time, as his feet left the floor, a sharp, agonizing pain shot up his spine. His breath caught in his chest, and for a split second, everything went silent in his mind. His body tensed, and he collapsed to the floor, his back seizing in pain.

The room went still. His bandmates immediately rushed over, concern etched across their faces.

"Felix? Felix!" Chan, the oldest member, was the first to reach him, kneeling beside him and gently lifting his head. "Are you okay? Talk to me."

Felix tried to smile through the pain, but it was weak. "I'm fine. Just... just a little stiff. I'll be okay." His voice was tight, and his words didn't sound convincing, even to him.

But Chan didn't buy it. He motioned for the other members to gather around, and soon, they were all hovering protectively.

"Lix, this is more than just stiffness. We need to get you checked out. Now," said Minho, the second-oldest, who was always the most practical one when it came to health and safety. He helped Felix sit up, but Felix winced, a cold sweat breaking out across his forehead.

"I don't want to make a big deal out of this," Felix murmured, trying to push himself to his feet. "I can handle it."

But the moment he tried to stand, his knees buckled. His vision blurred for a moment, and he swayed, nearly collapsing again before Changbin caught him.

"No," Changbin said firmly, locking eyes with him. "You can't keep going like this. You're in pain. You don't have to do this alone."

"I'm okay, really..." Felix's voice trailed off, but his face was pale. His usual cheerfulness seemed so far away.

"I'm calling the manager," Chan said, his voice uncharacteristically serious. "You've been dealing with this for too long. Let's get you checked out."

As the rest of the members gathered around him, trying to support him both physically and emotionally, Felix felt the weight of their concern, and for the first time in a long while, he allowed himself to feel vulnerable. He leaned against Minho, who kept a steady hand on his shoulder.

"Let us help you," Minho murmured, his voice soft. "We're a team. You're not alone in this, Lix."

Felix closed his eyes, nodding reluctantly. "I'm sorry, I didn't want to disappoint anyone."

Hyunjin reached out and placed a reassuring hand on Felix's back. "You never disappoint us, Lix. You're human. And we're all in this together. We'll figure this out. Just rest for now."

The manager arrived shortly after, and feli6 was quickly taken to the hospital, where the doctors confirmed what everyone had feared-a severe spinal strain, exacerbated by the constant stress and the choreography demands of their tour.

It was clear that Felix would need time off to recover, but the thought of stepping away from the stage filled him with dread. He felt like he was letting everyone down, especially his bandmates who had worked so hard alongside him. But to his surprise, they didn't scold him or express frustration. Instead, they made sure to stay with him through every step of the process.

The next few days were filled with visits, calls, and texts from his bandmates, each of them offering comfort and reminding him that his health was their priority. Minho would drop by with warm tea and movies, Chan would leave him encouraging notes, and even the quieter members like Seungmin and Jeonjin made sure to check in regularly, offering words of support.

"You've got this, hyung," Seungmin told him one afternoon, sitting by his side while Felix rested on the couch. "We'll carry the load for now. Focus on getting better. You'll be back stronger than ever, we know it."

"I feel like I'm letting everyone down," Felix admitted quietly, staring out the window as if searching for an answer in the bustling city outside.

"You're not letting anyone down," Jisung said with a gentle smile. "Taking care of yourself is part of being a good leader to us. We'll wait for you. Always."

Despite the pain, despite the fear of falling behind, Felix felt a sense of warmth bloom inside him. It wasn't just the physical healing he needed, but the emotional support from his bandmates that helped him see things in a new light.

When Felix finally returned to the stage weeks later, after months of rest and therapy, it wasn't just his body that had healed. His heart had too. He was stronger now, not just physically, but as a part of something greater than himself.

The moment he stepped on stage, his bandmates greeted him with grins and hugs, and the crowd erupted in a wave of cheers. But what meant the most to him was the quiet nod of understanding from his brothers in arms-Chan, Minho, Changbin, Hyunjin, Jisung, Seungmin, and Jeonjin. They had stood by him when he was at his lowest, and now, together, they would face the future, no matter what it held.

As the music pulsed and the lights flickered around him, Felix knew one thing for certain: no matter the pain, they would face it all, together.
