it was around 1 am,everone would be sleeping right now.

hiraeth was laiyng on the grass,staring at the sky. the black backround with shiny dots all around it was comforting.

"its weird how many stars there are even tough there are so many lights around"

"tecnicall the stars are always there.."

hiraeth was caught off guard, and immiedately tourned around to see who that was..

"Luca??? what are you doing up so late?-"

luca sits next to him

" i could ask you the same question."

"i-.. i just couldnt sleep i guess"

hiraeth turns his head around and looks at the stars from the opposite direction of them

"me too." luca says, while staring at the stars

"stars are very pretty.." hiraeth says, and lays dow on the soft grass and looks up

luca lays next to him

"the fact that they look so small,but at the same time feel very big.." he wispers

" many times we judge things by how they look,like seeing the stars so small." luca turns to hiraeth,who was still staring at the stars above him. they continiue

"judging a book by its cover ..thats what its called right?"

hiraeth nods softly,

"do you believe in any teory of the universe-?" says hiraeth,breaking the loud silence.

"well..." "i believe in fate.." answeres luca,theyre voice tuning down

"what do you mean?"

"all of the things that happen,i feel like they are aledy meant to happen."

"like a computer program?"

"i guess-?"

"did you watch movies before going to bed again?" hiraeth adds,triyng to remain with a straight face,but got distracted by luca starting to chuckle,as he smiled and turned his head to luca,and realized that they where looking at him for the whole time,his face turning a slight more pink-ish color.

after some seconds of staring at eachoter,luca sits up,followed by hiraeth.

hiraeth looks down,and crosses his legs

"if that is,.."
"does that include that you believe in soulmates?"

luca got caught off guard by the sudden question, fast looks at hiraeth and then looks away, theyre face blooming a red by the second

"i mean,thats how it works, i guess." they struggle trough the words.

"isnt it?" hiraeth replies right after.

luca tries to look back at hiraeth,but emberassed brins theyre knees to theyre chest and bury theyre face in it

hiraeth gets his phone from the pocket,and looks at the time.

"01.23 am,mhh, maybe i should head back.

"woah,alredy? time passed fast."

hiraeth gets up,luca just stares at him

"i think i gonna stay here for a while."

hiraeth just soft smiles at them,and heads back

luca looks at him walk away,getting smaller more fast than it actually was

luca just lays again on the grass,looking up

"soulmates,uh?"
