I called Dan, explaining everything that has happened. Dan seemed depressed, maybe it was because of his dad, his dad killed my mum, and scraped Dan's neck with a knife. He is a self-hearted beater. He deserved every punishment that he could get.

"You okay Dan?" I asked him because he seemed a little upset.

"Yeah, i fine. It's just, everything that has happened. It's all too much, you know?" He whispered. I knew he was upset about something, and i knew it was because of his dad.

"Well, at least we can be together now, with no problem! We can just forget about the past and look out for the future..'our' future" I explained to him, trying to make him happy.

"How can i forget that my dad killed your biological mother, and beat me until i was near to death?" He made a point..i don't know how he could forget everything that has happened. I felt bad for him, he had a hard life.

"Sorry, Dan. I wish i could help" I sorrowed.

"I wish you could help too" He said. We stayed silent for a couple of seconds, until he said "look, i need to go, i have to go to the rehearsals in the O2 Apollo in the morning, i love you, goodnight". My heart pumped so hard, i didn't know he loved me..i knew he liked me but..i didn't know i meant that much to him.

"I love you too, Dan. Goodnight" I said. Before hanging up the phone. He seemed perfect to me. I wanted to go there and say how much me meant to me. I loved him, so much. I didn't know i was going to have a relationship with a singer, a big singer. He is a sweetheart, he is charming, he is funny..everything a girl could ask for. I had to go there in the morning.

After my mum got home from work, i told her everything. About Luke, about Dan, about Taylor and what Luke did to me. She was in shock and thought she was a disappointment. I explained to her how much she meant to me as a guardian, she wasn't a disappointment. Then i asked her that in the morning, she would take me to the Apollo.

"Sure" She said. I knew something great would happen tomorrow.

It was the morning and i got up out of bed then got ready. Wearing my light blue hoodie, skinny jeans and my favourite white converse. My hair was straight and i only had a little tint of makeup on. I was ready to set off.

"You ready, Nicole?" Pattie asked, shouting up the stairs.

"Ready!" I shouted down to her. Before i went downstairs, i looked in the mirror and saw a girl who had her bad times, but it turned out good. She was independent, strong, and she never gave up. The last time i looked at a mirror and looked at myself, i saw a girl with dreams ahead of her, everything was perfect, everything was normal. Now, it's changed, i see a girl with her dreams accomplished, not everything was perfect, and nothing was normal. That girl has changed, but she hasn't changed her personality.

I stumbled down the stairs, waiting for my mum at the front door. She came to me and held my shoulders and said "I'm proud of you" with tears in her eyes. Opening my arms, i gave her a big hug, wrapping my arms around her waist and her arms wrapping around my neck. It felt like this was the end to a bad nightmare.

"Come on, Nicole. Lets go and get you your boy" Pattie said, winking.

"Shut up" I winked back.

After the car journey, we made it to the Apollo. All i heard was screaming girls, everywhere. This is going to be fun.

"Where do i park my car?" Pattie asked.

"Let me call Dan to get us and find us a private place to get us" I said getting out my phone and pressing buttons to call Dan. Ring, ring, ring, ring.
