Tomo's Pov

I woke up with a yawn patting the bed and felt nothing but cold sheets, I opened my eyes and saw that Gojo wasn't there. I heard noised downstairs, so I simply assumed he was either in the living room or in the kitchen, I got out of bed with a stretch feeling my pop in a good way making me let out a bliss sigh.

I went to the closet and pulled out one of his shirts and just tossed it on, I headed downstairs to the kitchen smelling something good. I also heard him talking on the phone with some. "I've prepared some engagement rings for you and your fiancé to look at, Mr. Gojo sir." The voice on the other line said.

I walked into the kitchen when Gojo thanked and hung up. "Gojo, please tell me you're not going to buy an expensive ring?" I raised an eyebrow at him crossing my arms, he looked up at me his eyes heated seeing me in just one of his shirts. He quickly waved off my concern. "Nonsense, Tomo. You deserve the best." He placed the plates of food on the table, I moved and sat at the table, and we started eating our breakfast.

"Gojo seriously, I didn't ask to marry you just for the money." I sighed taking a sip of my coffee, he stopped mid bit looking at me with his icy sky-blue eyes. "Tomo, I know you did not ask me to marry me for my money... But I still want to buy you all the things you want... And now that we are getting married I can." He took a bite of his pancakes staring me down until I cave.

"Fine but when do we leave?" I asked finishing off my breakfast I just sat there drinking my coffee. "Once we finished our breakfast, which would be now." He said, finishing off his breakfast and gulping down his coffee. My eyes widen at how soon we were going, I quickly finished my coffee and ran back upstairs to our bedroom to get dressed.

After getting dressed I ran back downstairs where he was waiting a smile on his glossy lips, I sighed with love and walked up to him. He opened the door for me letting out first before locking the door, I went to open the passenger car door, but he beat me to the punch. He opened it for me letting me in before closing it.

He went to the driver's side, we both buckled up before he started driving to our destination. Once we were there, we were greeted by a jeweler. "This way Mr. & Mrs. Saturo." The jeweler led us to a private room and started showing us very expensive engagement rings.

We looked at all the rings, I couldn't help but sigh at how expensive they were. "Don't even think about it, Tomo. This is a once-in-a-lifetime purchase. You're getting the most expensive one here." He said firmly, holding out a platinum ring out for me to try on.

I sighed again letting him put the ring on. "I understand that, but that ring is not clicking with me..." I watched as his expression fall a little making me feel bad, but he quickly nods understandingly. "Alright, then let's keep looking." He says, putting the ring back and picking up another one to show me.

"Mm, no... It's not giving... together forever." I said softly making sure not to hurt his feelings, I could see his eyes soften as he listens to my words, he puts the ring down and take my hands in his. "Hey, I know you have your heart set on the perfect ring. Well find it together." He assured me. "Tell me what you're envisioning."

"Hm, I'm not sure... Maybe something..." I gasped looking at the most beautiful ring I have ever seen, the band was silver, blue while the diamond changed from icy sky blue to an icy amethyst. He followed my gaze his eyes landing on the ring.

"This one!! It's like the perfect combination of you and me... Your icy sky-blue eyes and my icy amethyst eyes." I said softly smiling up at him, I watched as his face lit up with joy. "It's perfect." He agreed turning to the jeweler.

"we'll take this one, And please, engrave the inside band for me." He says, reciting a short message for the inscription. "With you, my world is a masterpiece." I blushed beet red before kissing his cheek. "Can I put it on for a second?" I asked.

Gojo just grins and nods at me. "Of course. Just don't try to run off on me." He teases watching me slip the ring on my ring finger, I could have sworn the ring glowed as if it was pleased with me. I paid it no mind and started jumping and squealing in joy. Gojo laughed heartily at my reaction.

"It looks like the ring likes you." He says, pulling me into a tight hug. "Just like I do." He leaned down and kissed me passionately, like he was sealing a promise with each other. I couldn't help but smile against his lips, I pulled away softly before looking at the ring. "Tomo Saturo.." His eyes shine with emotions as he hears me combined his last name with my first.

"It has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?" He says softly. "Almost as nice as the one on your finger." He takes my hand and brings it to his lips, kissing the ring and my hand gently. I smiled softly at his action. "How much is this?"

He waved me off again. "Don't worry about the price. Today is our day, and I want it to be perfect. Besides you deserve the best." He insists, he held out his black card to give to the jeweler. "No, no... No how much is it?" I asked the jeweler.

I could see the jeweler hesitate to tell me. "Well, the ring itself is quite rare and valuable, and the customization... It comes out to be around 500,000 yen." My eyes widen in shock, I quickly take off the ring and placed it on the glass counter. "Nope!"

Gojo quickly reaches out and stops me. "Tomo, listen to me." He says firmly, his voice low and commanding. "No! We are not buying that ring!" I shake my head. "Why not? It's perfect for you, and I want to give it to you." He insists, his tone unyielding. He looks at the jeweler and hands him back his card. "Charge it to this account." He orders not taking his eyes off me completely.

"No! Don't you dare!" I hissed softly grabbing his card, his brows furrow a silent 'don't you test me' warning in his eyes. "Tomo, give me back my card." He says, his voice low and steady. "We're buying the ring." The tension between me and him was palpable, the air crackling with unspoken words.

"No! Let's just go to a cheaper jewelry shop and a ring for like 150 yen" I shake my head holding his card close to my chest. "Over my dead body." Gojo mutters, gently but firmly prying his card from your grasp. "I told you, you deserve the best, and I can afford it. I've worked hard for my money and I'm a Gojo, and I want to spend it on you."

"Gojo, then I'll pay you back." I said sternly. "You'll do no such thing." He says firmly. "It's a gift, from me to you. And you won't pay me back. End of discussion." He turns to the jeweler, who was watching the exchange with wide eyes. "Charge it."

"Don't, not until he says I pay him back!" I pointed at the jeweler, the Jeweler seemingly intimidated by Gojo. Quickly nods and starts processing the payment. "A-as you wish sir." His voice shaking slightly.

Gojo looked back at me his expression softening slightly. "Tomo, you're being stubborn." I glared at the jeweler making him back up in fright, Gojo gently takes my chin in his hand forcing me to look up at him. "I said, end of discussion." He repeated his voice firm but gentle making me shiver. "The ring is bought, and it's yours. Now let's go, before I decide to carry you out of here."

I huffed before turning around to walk out the store, I lean against the car sighing running a hand through my hair. Gojo pulled me into his arms from behind, nuzzling his face into the curve of my neck. I giggled softly before snuggling into his touch unable to stay mad at him for long.

He helped me into the car before driving off to go home.
